This store has more than I anticipated. With inflation, the way it is, I am glad I found really reasonably priced items both used and new. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out before hitting a big box store. It also feels good to know your money is going to a not for profit while buying things you needed.

Good place to find stuff for gardening, construction, furniture. Also you help when you buy in there. Very nice personal.

This great lil stop will have you needing a shopping cart, most the prices are really good but some are out of this world, the service is exceptional it's located next door to blinds by virtican and beside satellite motel give them a try for any your home needs they also carry a lot of odd furniture and well get in there, check it out new things arrive daily.

Big selection good prices. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Lot of stuff if you choose to take your time to look. Furniture also for low prices.

Ya gotta check this place out ALL the time. If you see something, grab it cause it'll be gone if you don't.

Restore has some of the biggest surprises on town. Since Medicine Hat is one of the most giving communities I've ever seen, Restores previously loved goods can yield you treasure.
Many ppl buy stuff from here and do resell them since they are quality things. I'm not sure if Hatters do this but I'm sure they do.

We forgot our masks yesterday (got In trouble but didn’t have any masks to give out), and as my family and I walked through the store the entire staff shook their heads at us. The lady at the till didn’t say a word to me as we still purchased something from the store. I’m sure many people forget a mask, and feel like they shouldn’t be discriminated for that. Won’t be going back, and if you value quality customer service I recommend you don’t either

It's always and adventure, most of their items are priced very reasonably, and I love the entire habitat for humanity mission. I prefer to stop here before going to larger hardware stores.

I've shopped at this store many times. I love the bargains. However I cannot wear a mask due to respiratory issues so I don't wear one. I've been in this store many time maskless without an issue. On December 9th I went 8n there, was told to put on a mask or get out. I explained my medical issue and was denied access anyways. I don't think any employees there have their medical degree. So they shouldn't be telling people what to wear on their bodies.we live in a free society. Nobody has the right to tell me what to do.p. S.masks AR harmful.take them off and wake up. And for the employees at restore.grow up!

Some materials can be over priced, but some are priced awesome!

Always find something worth stopping for here. Often has brand new hardware/materials at good prices and for an excellent organization.

I love this place. I've found new and used items here for super cheap. Great finds for renovations, painting, furniture, bathtubs and toilets, filing cabinets, chairs etc. I stop in all the time to see what they have.

Definitely the place to go if your doing fix ups around the house. All kinds of great items that are reasonably priced.

I have donated to this establishment many times but their unreasonable requests make the donation process very difficult. For example I was giving a few packets of brand new bulbs to a store representative but he asked me to drive to the back of the store to hand it to them. This is asinine.

Why would I have to drive to the back of the store instead of hand it directly to the store representatives when I have the product and I am already in the store.

This will be one of the first places I go prior to a major retailer. Great place to get basic DIY materials, materials to fix home issues and lots of supplies.

It's like a treasure hunt every time! Our first stop when doing home improvements, we also picked up a reclining loveseat for a fraction of retail price and it was nearly brand new!

Restore has grown over the past year or three into a well organized place with excellent volunteers. There are always surprises to see and you gotta be quick to get a deal. If you are looking for restoration hardware or something for the garage or cottage most likely you will find it here and every so often great lights and furniture are to be had. As Medicine Hat begins to embrace the idea of reusing and recycling the store has only grown. I love the people there who are willing to go the extra mile for their clientele. Take a look, you might be pleasantly surprised to find the small things we all use and are getting harder to find.

This is a hidden gem! I love this place. My husband and I visit here frequently I see what's new. There is always something new to see or project to find. End tables, book shelves, desks, bed frames, stoves, electrical, mouldings, screen doors, paints and stains, plumbing fixtures and even a loveseat.

Items are donated and we found many to recycle or some small parts we needed at a fraction of the cost of what it would be at home depot, like, flooring, drapery rods, door handles, hinges, hooks and screws.
You drive around back to drop off goods to be donated and then drive around front to pick up the treasures you found inside!
