They also impressively detailed the beautiful Deep blue pearl Frontier Pro-4x for me, when I walked into the dealership I was speechless.

They truly made it a wonderful experience after driving from 8 hours away, Austin even looked up an Airbnb for me to stay the night making sure I had good rest to complete the truck pickup.

Edit: I bought a tire protection warranty during this truck purchase in 2022 and when I needed to use it a year later in 2023 I was denied the option. Apparently I needed to use it at the dealership. Not sure why it was even sold to me when I live 10 hours away in BC and staff was fully aware I wouldn’t be coming back.

Great service! Finance Department was quick to get everything going! Looked at it Saturday sitting in driveway by Thursday. Taylor was super helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had.

This dealership was super awesome to deal with. Their response is back handed. "So sorry your having an issue but we do have a high star rating" How about we WILL make you happy no matter what the cost or we will fix this issue for you at no extra charge. Repairs on top of making payments is just too much.

I wish car salemen were upfront and honest but they arent. Their mechanics should be checking the vehicles thoroughly before selling any vehicle. Initially I was very happy with the buying process. Kirby was fantastic to deal with. Only showing me vehicles in my price range. I did first give a 5 star review.

But then.

After getting my vehicle home. There was an issue with my ignition. When their mechanics checked it out said oh this is common with this type of car and did not fix it. They initially told me that they did fix the issue though. Now after only a month of having our car the power window has failed. Figured a car dealer wouldnt sell a new car that would need repairs as soon as I got it. This is why i got a newer vehicle from a reputable dealership.

We recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Taylor at Medicine Hat Nissan.the service was exceptional! Taylor was very patient and friendly, she answered all of our questions. She was by far the easiest salesperson I have ever dealt with! Awesome experience all around!

We decided to upgrade our Nissan Rogue for a brand new Pathfinder recently. Our sales rep, Kenton Shilka is the most knowledgeable, friendly and an amazing all around guy. He was right beside us through the whole process from test driving a demo to picking up our new Pathfinder. He kept in constant contact via text throughout to make sure we were happy. Well, we are ecstatic with both his professionalism and our new Pathfinder. Two thumbs up to Kenton. Kudos to Nissan for having a great guy on your team.

Just Wow! My experience with Medicine Hat Nissan was a refreshing dealership experience. Throughout the whole process, I did not feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle I did not want. Austin, Ian, Jeff and the entire staff were very comforting the whole time. Not to mention the showroom lounge area is unlike any other dealership I've been to in Medicine Hat. From the time we connected with Taylor and all the team members at Medicine Hat Nissan, both my husband and I felt like we were the only customer that mattered. The staff took the time to go over everything we had thought and even processes we had not. We will deal with this dealership again in the future.

Very disappointed. We bought a used 2015 Toyota Sienna, discovering it had a head gasket leak two days after we picked it up. The technician that did the inspection at the dealership passed everything with no comment of the head gasket issue. When we asked them about it they said it wasn’t an “active leak” it’s weeping/seeping but not leaking. We booked it in a week after we bought it so they could verify the leak, they cleaned off the coolant residue and told us to keep an eye on it. Four days after I checked to see if it was still “weeping” and it was, because a weep or seep is still a leak. I called the service writer and he said the repair isn’t covered. We bought this Sienna with low miles hoping we would have a reliable vehicle. Instead we are left with a $5000-$6000 repair bill right off the bat on top of making bi-weekly payments. If you buy from here I highly recommend getting another shop to check the vehicle over before you purchase it. I understand people can make mistakes, but if you do at least own up to it and make things right.

Current Nissans got some style and all but why throughout the entire summer, could you guys not get your flagship cars on site?

I don't mean a Juke-R or even a GTR, just some nice Z cars maybe the 400z on loan from Calgary as example.

But all we see are weak CUVs in the back and the nicest vehicles are parked out front, are much nicer, and.are from other automakers.

It was a pleasure working with Taylor at Medicine hat Nissan. She was professional but friendly, very responsive and patiently answered all our questions. She got us an excellent deal and made our vehicle buying process a smooth one. Highly recommend!

I probably put Mike through the wringer a little as I satisfied myself that the truck and the details were exactly what I was looking for – but Mike was courteous, professional and thorough at all times. If he was growing weary of my probing of the details, he certainly didn’t let it show!

If you have any issues Brandon the GM is amazing and he will take care of you. I loved my 2020 Rogue and its sad I wasn't able to get a 2021 Platinum after my 2020 was totaled in a collision due to global supply shortages. I do recommend Nissan products as I feel they offer amazing value and safety.

While driving across Canada, we heard a noise coming from the undercarriage of our Rogue. As we were on a schedule, we were worried repairs would be an issue. Craig Renwick was great. I really like the service I had at this location. Ron was very detailed person. He went through all the paper work with me and made everything really clear. Shopping for cars was my least thing I like because I have always got a bad experience in town. But I was recommend by a client of mine to go to Nissan. I thought I would give them a chance and I am glad I did. I just bought a new Nissan Murano here. I recommend anyone to Ron. He takes his time and show you around and doesn't pressure you to anything until you are ready. Over all service is fantastic and everything went really smooth.
