Medicine Place Walk-In Clinic & Pharmacy

Racists and unprofessional philpino receptionists, good with specific and VIP people, 0 customer service.

Got there early to be one of the first ones in. When the receptionist showed up to open up the clinic she said the dr wouldn’t be in until 11: 00 (opening hours are 9: 00). According to another guy waiting there, this happens often.

The receptionist are very rude, threatening to cancel appointments. Long wait times and more. Don’t go to this place! Stay away!

It’s Canada day weekend and this happens to be the only walk-in clinic open near my home.so sick I can hardly walk and breathe… made it to this clinic just for them to deny me as a walk-in. I am in so much pain and was really needing some help today but I was denied because I didn’t have the physical Alberta Health Card. I still had the number and two other forms of identification but this was not enough, and I was denied. Now I need to book an Uber an travel across the city to try and find another walk-in. I have always been accepted into walk-ins with just my health-care number and ID. Same with pharmacy, etc…

I called a pharmacist afterwards and the pharmacist reassured me then clinics were not allowed to refuse me with the number and ID. He said it was perfectly fine and I feel so mad and cheated and so sick.
So I have a feeling the receptionists aren’t aware they can’t actually deny people for not having a physical copy of the card? Either that or they were not interested in looking up my health care number. Don’t waste your time getting here because you may be denied and if you’re sick and I’m pain it will just waste your time! I was immediately in tears when they denied me and they didn’t have any other suggestions for me.

I had such an amazing experience at this clinic. I haven’t been to another clinic like it before. The nurse Alysha was so patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. She really made me feel comfortable, really went above and beyond. I was also so impressed with the doctor I saw, he was so knowledgeable and took the time to put my mind at ease. 10/10 would recommend

Came in for walk in. Talked to receptionist told to sit down. 10 min later asked her if she was going to take my info.

Was told she had never spoken to me today and that she remembered everyone she talked to. Made eye contact and everything.

Is a lying fool or has the memory of a gnat, either way not impressed. Told her she could review the camera footage if she was so unsure. Ridiculous, doctors are good receptionists are horrible.

Receptionist lies and is abusive she does not follow their protocol she refused to make a walkin appt when that what I had to do last time now I am stuck in a 3 hour wait because of her neglect and could lose my second pregnancy because she didn't want to make an appointment. Forcing low income people to pay 25$ for medical note to provide to my aish workers to get a motel while my unit is being treated for bedbugs and because I am pregnant I can't be in the unit for 24 hours and I can't afourd to pay 25 $ for a not to protect my pregnancy from pesticides this company needs to be shut down cuz they don't care about people at all

Awful experience lately. Booked in for an appointment on the hour, showed up, had me wait for 45 minutes, asked reception how much longer the wait was because I had other appointments, so they put me in a room and had me sit there for 30 minutes with no one showing up. Finally walked out. Haven't gone back since.

My fave clinic it is always fast personable and I'm treated with kindness and respect. The clinic and pharmacy are both full of great people!

Based on my two visits, the negative reviews and comparing the services with other similar doctors
Dr. DURAR doesn't give required service as a doctor.
He is so careless and he doesn't go further to investigate the matter, if i did follow his instructions i would have gone to a much worst situation.
Anyways i believe this Dr.needs a serious conversations with the management in this clinic before he causes something major to someone.
And i don't believe any positive reviews here are certified

The doctor (can’t remember his name) gave me a horrible assessment on my anxiety. Instead of asking me questions on my anxiety he just wrote “yes or no” in the blanks. I couldn’t believe the how unprofessional he was. Therefore I got denied on my Canadian armed forces program. Would not recommend this place.
