If I could give this place zero stars I would! This has got to be the worst clinic with policies I've ever encountered. I tried to book an appointment with Dr Navid for my teenage daughter. She's never been to this Dr before so the receptionist told me I have to come in register her, as in bring her AB health card and fill out forms, then I can call back and book an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!

It's not a walk-in clinic. I came having severe migraine and got no assistance at all.

I am wondering if anyone works at this clinic. I was looking around to find a new family doctor, but every time I have called this clinic (during the hours posted on your website), I have been on hold from anywhere between 5-10 minutes without a single person answering the phone. Judging by the horrible reviews, I can't imagine why the doctors at this clinic wouldn't be trying to rectify their image.

The reception never pick phone call ever. I tried calling them 3 days in a row during business hours.

The doctor here is pretty good. But the wait is long, even with an appointment. Expect to wait an addition 1-2hrs. This happens for every appointment I’ve had so far. Please book sufficient time to accommodate your patient, instead of having everyone wait for hrs because your booking process is garbage.

Very bad management of reception. Reception people are very rude, not to one patient but to all the patients. Doctors are good but reception staff. I can give them minus, they need to change the reception people. I was waiting there and they let the other lady who came after me to go in first. She didn’t have appointment same as me so I should be the first. I didn’t go and tell them bcuz I see them talking very rudely to all the patients and I didn’t want any arguments. Very unprofessional and arrogant staff. All they do is talk in their language and that too loudly.

Best medical clinic I have ever been to. I went in the morning as a walk in and the front staff was so welcoming and caring. I have never seen such kind front receptionist before in any other medical clinic. I must say the clinic is well managed and I am super thankful and impressed.

Worst clinic to go at. No work culture and Ethics what's so ever. Girls up front full of arrogance. Doctors are always running behide. What is the meaning of having appointment then? I literally had to wait 40-45 minutes everytime for my appointment. Doctors at this clinic not responsible at all. They will get up in the middle of ur conversation and ur not even done talking about the problem. They only give 5 minutes to every patient. And we pay health care $80 per visiy. They are cheating with system. I have been going there only because its close to my house.

Been their last week they are worse clinic I been to I went as walk-in first they said it’s going to be 1 to1.5 hr to see doctor I waited almost 4hrs doctor didn’t prescribe any medication took my swab test she said once results comes will advice I tried calling three times two days later they kept saying we will call back I felt worse then went to other clinic I just want to save people time please don’t go to this clinic you will waste your time

Anytime we try to do a walk-in, they claim they are not taking walk-in patients, even well before closing. They should not be called a Walk-in Clinic!

They have the rudest MOA now. I’ve been a Pt there for more than a year already but for the first time I’ve experienced the worst in this clinic.

Advertised as a walk in clinic, I went in for a big red sign that said walk in clinic closed. Waste of my time and waste of my gas.

The worst clinic ever, the receptionist is super rude. They reschedule your appointments 100 times and why are they even called a walk-in clinic, they have no doctors at all ever.

My primary doctor needs to be told what to do. The walk-in doctor has no clue either. Also has to be told. Looking for a new Dr

Very bad service and No Time management. I had booked appointment with doctor but after an half an hour she couldn’t attend me. They just ruined my morning schedule and i need to cancel my appointment with them.

Best medical clinic I have ever been to. Not only is it a nice place the staff and doctors are top notch. I’ve been dealing with eczema my whole life and Dr. Naveed helped me tremendously. For once I actually enjoyed going to the doctor. All the staff was very pleasant. It’s a busy place but I can see why. Highly recommend!

Don't bother coming here in the evening. 630p today and was not even any doctor on staff. Why this place is open till 8pm is beyond me.

Dr Naveed and his assistant are so knowledgeable and helpful in treating my severe wound. Dr Naveed patiently adjusted his
treatment plans multiple times until my problem is resolved. I am so happy to have met them. Sincere thanks to Dr Naveed.

Terrible service. I booked an appoinment over the phone for May 16th 2021 11am but didn't get a phone call from Doctor. I was waiting for whole day.

This is a terrible clinic I don’t recommend.
Front desk staff are amazing but doctors are more concerned about themselves then there patients.

Not actually a walk in clinic apparently but didn't feel it was important to update their website to reflect this. The receptionist was quite nice and polite but unfortunately if the company is this disorganized in communicating to clients via their website I can't imagine they are very effective as an organization. Was able to do a walk in at the castle ridge clinic. Would not recommend this clinic.

Unsympathetic and passionless staff and doctors.

Don't come here unless you have no other choice.

I have been attending a Dr here for over a year now. I have experienced only amazing and respectful service. The Dr is fantastic and the staff have always been courteous and helpful. I have never had to wait for my appointment excessively if at all.

I've lived in Skyview for 7 years and the only reason anyone has gone here has been lack of nearby options. The reception is obviously bad as you can see, but the doctors are bad too. They don't care, my experience has been with 3 when I can only go later in the day and they're a complete joke. If your issue or concern with health is serious, don't go to this bad joke of a clinic.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Very friendly staff. Doctors are very knowledgeable. Best walk in clinic experience I had in the last two years.highly recommended.

I have been seeing the doctors at this clinic for 3 years and they are very accommodating. I like how they could help us so much just over phone consultation. In this time of a pandemic it is helpful because it limits unnecessary exposure.

Horrible experience. The receptionists are busy chatting away and checking their phones. Don't even bother about the patient. Doctors take nearly an hour to see each patient while the patient is out sitting and coughing and spreading the flu. Dont waste Ur time going here.

I’d give no stars if possible. Sat and waited 30 minutes for a simple vaccine before leaving.

Yesterday On March 14,2020 i went to this clinic at 12h00 before I got there I called at the reception to make an appointment but they told me that don’t worry about that,
just walk in that they don’t have many patients I don’t need to book an appointment. So when I got there they told me to wait around 45min to see the doctor. So I get to see the doctor and I told him what brought Me there, I have two things I want to be treated so he tells me he can only treat one thing and for the other problem, that I have to book an appointment so when I asked him why? He answered me that I have others patients to see, I tried to explain him that I tried to book an appointment they told Me I don’t need to and waited for a long time, that’s when he behaved unprofessionally and showed me like I don’t have any value or I’m not a patient to him and he left me in that room, without treating anything so that behaviour made Me write this review.his name is Naveed Ahmed.

I have had nothing but GREAT experience at this clinic. Dr. Hanif is an amazing doctor and takes the time to understand your concerns and goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting the proper care. The receptionist ladies are all very friendly. Great Medical Clinic! I go here frequently and experienced professional and caring care.
