I have been going here for more than 4 years. When I say the guys here got you, believe me. Their oil change prices are good, service to your vehicle is awesome. They will always let you know what is wrong with your car and not gouge you. They are also very friendly and welcoming.

Honest and know what they are doing. They been helping vehicle repairs for my family for the past 7 years, Darin has gone out of the way to help everyone of us. I'm happy to find a honest man in this field and feel confident of bringing our vehicle here knowing we will be taken care of. Thank you team Mineke for everything!

After getting new tires from my local shop I was told I needed new brakes etc would come to about 900 dollars. I brought it In and these guys where honest and even told me my brakes only had 50% wear on them. It was nice not to be taken advantage off. These guys well always have my buisness and are super nice people to boot.

I wish I could rate this place zero stars, I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 9: 30am for the front brakes to be changed. They told me it would be approx 2 hours to do the job. They took over 7hrs to do the job, they took it upon themselves change my power steering lines and charge me for the job when I didn’t authorize that work to be done. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unapologetic about their untimely work. I will NEVER go to any Meineke car centre ever again and I will be sure to tell absolutely everyone I know to avoid this business at all costs. All said and done over 6hrs, $750 and a huge headache. DO NOT GO HERE!

Great experience getting my vehicle exhaust done here. Special mention to Pio Lappay, the mechanic who worked on our vehicle. GREAT JOB.

Great quality work, my appointment was at 3pm and the car was ready for pickup the next morning. Quick and reliable. Gave me list of items to get checked in future and to come back after 150km to have torqued again. Will come back with all my repairs in future!

Called in the morning and was able to go in the same day for a diagnosis about my car making a noise. The people I met (Diran and Tio) were super nice and honest. Tio took the time to look into the problem and was honest with his advice that it wasn't something I should be worried about.

I will definitely go to this shop for all my car problems and will recommend it to everyone.

I am very happy with the service provided by the team. They are my go to service team for my Honda and Nissan model vehicles. They are very professional with their no pressure approach to service recommendations to keep my vehicles running smoothly without any issue.

Got the job done in a timely matter and have had no problems since. I appreciate their effort in enquiring and following up with the job.

Was skeptical going into the shop looking to get a resonator delete done, But didn’t regret my choice when leaving! My car sounded great, Welds underneath looked nice and clean, Staff were helpful and brought me into the garage to get a look under my car to ensure I’m getting what I want done, Great place in general to take your car if it’s in need of work!

Diran is very good and he made sure all my questions about repairs were answered to satisfaction. Long experienced mechanics there as well. A lot more like your standard auto repair shop than a quick lube type place. (By Keith)

Diran at Meineke is a legend. I was driving across Canada and desperately needed work on my car as it was leaking oil. Diran and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the oil leak and a couple other issues in 24hrs. I would have never been able to drive that far without his help. Thanks again for everything. If you're looking for a very honest, incredible mechanic in Calgary at an affordable price then give Diran a call. He will help you out!

This is a must go to shop if you need your car to be fixed with top notch customer service in Calgary.
The guy (Diran) maintained high level of professionalism and was open with his dealing and followed through to ensure that my car was fixed even when it had a problem, he told me to bring the car to the workshop as early as 7am and offered to drop my off himself at my office so i do not miss my appointment.
After fixing the car, he followed up with calls to ensure that the car was ok and in good condition. I strongly recommend this car care centre if you require to have a thorough work done on you car if you live around calgary or anywhere close to the shop

Excellent service & customer care at this location! The owner, (Diran) is truly amazing.
They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied with the work done.

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and some diagnostics - not only was this done promptly and professionally but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they helped fix a small scratch I had on my vehicle without me even asking and I was not made to pay extra for that. I can trust that my vehicle is very well looked after here and the prices are very reasonable.

Love, love, love this repair shop. Fair prices and stellar customer service. They go above and beyond to make fixing your car an easy experience. I will use these guys as long as I live in Calgary!

After dealing with a shady mechanic, and an extremely pricey diagnostics from the dealership, I had called around trying to figure out where to take my car to have it repaired. Over the phone I was convinced to bring my car here with a free diagnostics. I brought it in and they said what was diagnosed was not at all the problem and if they just replaced the spark plugs the problem would be solved. I figured $300 was much better then $2500 so why not. The work was done, I took the car home and the next time I drove it the engine light came on so I took it back. This happened three more times. Finally I took it somewhere else and the first diagnostics was correct. I would normally make a fuss and demand my money back, but the owner was very kind and I felt he really wanted to help, he looked at my car for hours for free and again I got a free diagnostics.but unfortunately I threw away a few hundred bucks for absolutely no reason ‍️

Great people, great service. I rate a 4 only because I got a oil change today and I was sitting there for over an hour. My vehicle was serviced but my vehicle sat outside for over 30 min with me still waiting for them to get my payment and process me. In the end they forgot about me until I spoke up.

I always get a personalized service for my job. Today my tire was faulty and they went extra miles to discover the issue within a short time frame I'm very impress with their services

Went in for an oil change at like 4: 30pm one day, and bam they got me in 20 minutes later! Whole process took like 30 minutes, an oil change plus checked and topped of all fluids, plus did an inspection to see if there was anything major wrong with my car. Amazing service with rock bottom pricing, $33.50 all in. Would recommend them too anyone, great job Meineke!

I only go to this Meineke location for all of my regular oil/tire changes! The service is always fast and I always get a good deal. Diran gives amazing service!

Amazing service and quality work been here a bunch of times now and they have never let me down ever they truly had my best intentions in mind as I’m a broke school student they made sure to keep my car safe and keep it cheap as possible as money is a struggle, the manager is a very awesome guy who was just a pleasure to do business with even let me use his office to do school work which just shows the kind of amazing place this mechanic shop is. Would 10000% recommend to anybody to use these guys as they will not let you down!

What great I received from Diran and the rest of the team here. I spent lots of time trying to find someone to do my brake job for a good price and this place had the lowest prices and excellent service. When I first spoke to Diran on the phone he didn't try to up sell me to the higher end brakes like most shops. He gave me such a good price, I immediatelywanted to book. Thank you Pio for doing such an excellent job! I am a car guy and highly reccomend this place.

Helpful staff, sometimes they advertise something and then you find a different price. Overall they are pretty good.

This location was recommended to me by a friend last year. The team as a whole, is friendly and very accommodating. They would show you or tell you if anything needs to be fixed in your vehicle.

For some reason, today was a different story. I brought my suv in last Jan 24th for an oil change. When it was ready, nothing was said to me about the vehicle. When I started the car, the check engine light was on. I ignored it and thought that it will go away and I was going to be late for an appointment if I went back in and ask them.

The light didn't go away and so I came back this afternoon, Jan 26th, to ask if they saw something that needed fixing and just forgot to tell me (they're really good at checking the vehicles while doing the oil change). As they were busy with other customers, I patiently waited in line. I was told to wait 10 minutes and they will check the vehicle.

When it was already 30 minutes, I politely and discreetly told the owner why I was there. And to my surprise, his face became sour and started to tell me that the light can come on anytime, and not because of them. He kept cutting me, even when I was trying to say that I am not blaming them. I was just concerned and wondering if they forgot to tell me something about my vehicle. But he wouldn't even let me talk and hear what I have to say.

He still checked my vehicle and started talking to my husband, even if I was the one who was dealing with him. I am not sure if he was having a bad day, but being in the service industry, he shouldn't be taking it out on his customers.

After he was done, I went inside the office again to see if I can get a quote for whatever is needed to be fixed or if I need to make an appointment to get the vehicle checked again. But the owner, obviously very irritated, did not want to talk to me anymore and asked one of his mechanics to talk to me.

With my recent experience, I am not really keen on going back to this location. If customers are talking to you in a polite manner, you have to deal with them the same way. Do not be very defensive when you haven't heard the whole story and inquiry.
