I really enjoyed the fact that I could build a custom home and that Melcom Homes was able to deliver on the things I desired. I am familiar with the neighbourhood so them being able to provide a home in the area was an added bonus! The energy efficiency is another attractive quality that I felt would be beneficial in the long run. The customer service was also wonderful as I always felt heard and the team was very flexible in allowing me to provide feedback throughout the process. The staff were calm and respectful and made the experience worthwhile. I would recommend Melcom Homes for all your custom building needs!

I’ve worked with this company numerous times. Deimira was easy to work with, and his entire staff was friendly and professional. I was kept up to date on the construction process and was satisfied with the quality and detail of the work performed. This was a complex project (hillside construction) that entailed structural engineering with steel and concrete reinforcing. It took approx.four months and the process was painless. I am100% satisfied and will continue using them on future projects

We just had a finished basement that we wanted to do a full reno and remodel. We hired Melcom Homes after meeting Deimira who made us feel comfortable about his knowledge and personality. From day 1, everything ran smooth with no issues. The demo took a few days and everything was kept clean throughout. Gave his ideas for what to do and took our input as well. If work was to be done, their crew was here daily. There was constant communication throughout the whole project. All of the labor workers were friendly and hard working. End result was what we wanted and came perfect. Highly recommended for any project as they are professional and most importantly, work is great.
