Chris helped me sell my condo and also found me the perfect home I was looking for. Trying to sell my condo took awhile due to the market at the time but Chris stayed on top of everything to have it sold as quick as possible. Anastasiia Borovyk is the perfect realtor for first time home buyers. We will definitely work with her for our next home as well:) She is simultaneously reassuring and realistic in her guidance. She is able to explain how the process works and what to expect, but she also is able to keep you grounded when looking at options. Anastasiia developed a real understanding of what we were looking for and what our priorities were. She sent us amazing listing options, and frequently would text ones she saw that she thought might be a good fit. Anastasiia is the kind of realtor you contact expecting to have a solid business relationship (and you will have that), but who makes you feel like family by the time the process is over. Her eye for detail and experience with construction, renovation, and house inspection make her ideal for evaluating potential risks in each home. She goes to bat for you to try to secure the best deal, and will negotiate price repeatedly all the while keeping you informed of what is the most realistic expectation. Moreover, Anastasiia answered all phone calls and texts at times when, I’m sure, she shouldn’t have to.
House buying is always stressful, but she made it a lot less so by being so informative and adaptable. We cannot thank her enough, and we ended up with our perfect first home because of her patience and support.
