Melody and her amazing team helped us stage, list and sell our house within a couple of weeks over the summer. They truly care about the client and were very professional and responsive during the entire process. Melody and her team was so amazing that words can't explain. My husband and I wanted to sell our current home and find a new build as our forever home. Melody was able to find us a new build quick possession home in 2 days, that checked beyond all that we asked for. We had an offer on the list day for our home which didn't work out since the buyer lost his job, but 5 days later our house was sold. This process was so seamless everything from the initial appointment to the presale home inspection to the staging consult was well structured. The follow up email of assessing our old home and letting her know our decision not going with her for help showed prominent unprofessionalism. The email left us an extremely sour taste. It really showed her entitlement and goal of only making a name for herself and not caring for the clients needs.

Melody Wilson is unprofessional and downright entitled! She does not meet promised deadlines and acts childish and unreasonable when she doesn't get her way. She drags closing and financing out frustrating the parties, she is demanding. This person needs to grow up! I have a 6 year old child that is more mature.

When looking to move to Edmonton we had both family and friends recommend realtors, Melody being one. She was actually recommended by a friend who also moved and bought a house pretty much remotely from out of province during the Pandemic
just a few months before us. After we looked at her reviews, and even better her Youtube videos we knew this was the right realtor to go with. I can now confidently say this was the best decision of our move. We were based out of Vancouver and really wanted to buy. We are first time homeowners and honestly just did not want to rent anymore and didn't want to move once we got here. She was able to do our consultations easily over zoom, do home viewings with us over the Marco Polo app and kept in constant communication with us over Slack and text. We were able to see as many houses as we wanted, and even recommended the perfect neighborhood. A bonus was that I found the app she used actually allowed us to view the houses over and over as the videos' saved on the app.

She has SO much knowledge on not just real estate, but on Edmonton and loves her community and it shows. The team she has behind her (Kristi and Sarah) are phenomenal and made every step of the way seamless.
