Memorial Drive Chiropractic and Massage

I was amazed by my first visit to the clinic! The staff is very nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable! In about 10 minutes, he showed me on a computer screen where I had issues and it was on point! He explained why I had so much pain and the path for healing we are going to take. I’m so happy to have found this clinic!

My wife had her massage here with Kelly. She was very impressed with the heated massage table, kellys professionalism, overall ambience and ofcourse the treatment itself. She did mention to kelly that she wanted the sole of her feet massaged as that was one of the pain areas. This area in particular was not given enough time in my wife's opinion but nevertheless the massage for other areas
that she discussed in the beginning was very good. My wife had a positive experience.

I began as a skeptic but because Dr. WaveMaker came so highly recommended I went for treatment and was very pleased. He explained thoroughly why I was in pain and did a treatment giving immediate relief. I felt energized the next day. I will continue going and work on being strong and healthy into my old age.

I go here once a month for massage and once every 2 weeks for adjustment. Friendly staff and amazing service I keep extra cards in my wallet to recommend them to others.

I went in with serious hip pain! Found out I have deterioration in my hip. I’ve been to the Dr.for about a year if not more and have never felt better with playing sports. He’s very knowledgeable and giving me the proper way to strengthen and manage.

First time seeing a chiropractor, doctor was very knowledgeable. Answered every question I had, got my first adjustment same day. Adjustments are quick and easy doesn't have to take up your whole afternoon. I instantly felt relief had been dealing with some things and they instantly felt better. Will definitely be adding this into my weekly routine.

I have had back pain for 10+ years and have seen other chiropractors with very little results. After only 2 visits I already feel much better and relieved. All staff is very kind and friendly. The whole process is very quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

The process for getting an initial appointment was so simple with the "request an appointment" button on their website which led to a form. I received an answer to my inquiry within 24 hours, and had an appointment booked for my requested time the same week.

Office:
The front office staff are friendly and the office has a good flow. I haven't had to wait extra for either of my appointments. I recommend arriving 15 minutes early to your initial appoints for both massage and chiro to complete froms and deal with insurance, etc.

Chiro:
The first appointment for chiro was a smooth process and you can tell that he genuinely cares about your health and wellbeing. A thorough scan and consultation is done in addition to discussing the details given in your form and any other concerns. He cares about how this treatment impacts your overall health which is important to me. (I will say that he does not have a judgmental "vibe" at all and his adjustment table side manner is of a very positive and direct nature)

Massage:
I had an easy time booking a massage appointment in person with the front desk after my initial chiro appointment and feeling that the clinic was comfortable. I really enjoy the massage services here. My massage from Antoinette was outstanding and she quickly picked up on what I needed! The massage room is very comfortable, the room is a good temperature, and the music is simple and calming. I also greatly appreciate that there are minimal/ no scents involved as I can be scent sensitive at times.

Parking:
If you are not familiar with this complex, or how to get here then I do recommend adding an extra 5+ minutes at first to your journey just to get a feel for it, and find parking. There is a large sign which identified the clinic entrance, it is on the second floor. You will need to either take the stairs on the left upon entrance, and take the first door on your right once you enter the hall OR take the elevator and go down to the end of the hall when you arrive at the top. The elevator is not slow, but I enjoy the nice quick walk up the stairs.

5 stars. The massage therapist hit all my sore areas and gave me good healthy advise on how to help myself at home. Will definitely be back!

Amazing, the Doctor here knows what he's doing and cares for his patients, and if you're unfamiliar with chiropractic practices I would suggest you visit here and speak to Dr Ryan. He was very helpful at explaining the benefits of seeing a chiropractor. I would definitely suggest going here.

Went there last year hoping for a full body adjustment like you see on youtube videos. Instead i get a 30 minute prep talk and less than a minute of cracking for 100 odd dollars. Went next week hoping something different will happen. Did the same prep talk and less than a minute of adjustment for over 100 dollars. Just had to put my review out there.

Amazing experience and fix for my aching back. The staff were friendly, the doctor was very knowledgable and informative, and overall it was a great experience. Taking off one star because the name is atrocious and i cannot believe such an amazing establishment is named after a road that crosses all of Calgary. Please consider being more creative and finding a better name so that you can get more clients. <3

Very Enjoyable Experience, the Staff was amazing, as well as the adjustment, learnt a lot in the process!

Very friendly staff and the good doctor made me feel very comfortable visiting him. He took time to explain everything, and as this was my first visit he did some early tests and an exam, all of which previous Chiropractors I've seen, never did. This was done to make sure I received the correct treatment for my problem the next time I came in. I was impressed. And I will be going back.

Was having back issues and lower leg pain was hesitant to go to a chiropractor, because of horror story’s, met with dr. Ryan he did a very in-depth initial exam very friendly and personable, explained everything in great detail that you can understand. I had a few adjustments and things are looking up. Friendly, easy going chiro cares about how you are doing. Listens to what your concerns are and treats you with gentle, control and tells you what he is going to do, so your not scared.

Dr. Wagemakers has restored my faith in Chiropractors. I came to him with a bear on my back (his words). My bear is still there, but we're tolerable enemies now.
My migraines are a very complicated nightmare that never ends. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wagemakers because he actually CARES about your well-being, from the inside out! He's NOT about artificial chemical intervention. He believes in the body's ability to heal itself with a little help from the adjustments that he administers. Besides the obvious benefit of proper alignment, those adjustments release the body's natural chemicals that help with the healing. Makes sense to me.my migraines aren't gone, but I sleep better these days, which helps stop the cycle of so many other bad things going on in my head, so I'll take that as a win)
