Had a wonderful experience here with my husband and my 3 month old daughter. Tabitha was incredible and was able to get a great number of shots of my family! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Tabatha was amazing. We had a beautiful day getting our family photos done outside. She worked so well with our two boys (5&3). Would highly recommend using their services. Our pictures turned out amazing, our best family photos yet!

This studio folks are very shady
Saw their ad for the first time in kijiiji and got a coupon.

First of all after I got the coupon I was told my coupon wasn’t applicable to regular photos but for new born photo shoots.

I sent an email asking details of cost and if I would digital copies with the amount I was told, someone replied and told me yes.

I arrived on that day to take my photos and was even rushed during the process because a next client was scheduled to come in.

After the photo shoot was done, I asked for copies and I was told I could only get one copy out of the 100s of photos I got and had to pay $10 for each digital copy sent to me. Ridiculous

My pictures were not edited. The photographer was amazing. She told me it will take her a couple of hours to edit and send me the photos but the manager (a lady) came out and said the photos were fine to send and only the floor was edited and thought my face looked okay so no edits were needed. Who edits the floor of a photoshoot and leaves the main face) ?

I could go on and on but my experience with these folks was horrible. Very shady folks.

Awesome experience! The process went very smoothly and the photographer gave good tips for posing. They supplied lots of props on the side as well. Great for group pics. Would definitely come again!

We did our first family shoot here and it was fantastic! Great back drops and props, and she was so patient with our 6 month old.

We had family photos done with memotime. Our photographer was very professional and fun to work with. She was also very accommodating and patient when it came to our 18 month old who is very shy. She even managed too get some shots of him smiling. We had a great experience thank you so much.

Booked an appointment for a passport photo. So convenient if you work downtown. I booked an appointment and got a sweet discount (very generous of them)! I was helped by Emma and shes fantastic! Their studio is very well designed and looks very high end! I recommend this

First family photos done and it was an amazing experience! Our photographer was so patient with our newborn and our 1 year old. We had so much fun and the photos are absolutely stunning. We will definitely be coming back again.

I am very pleased with the kindness from the staff. They made sure we were happy before leaving the studio. I was really happy with the photographers work, she really captured the moment with our family photos!

We were cheated with a coupon, we were promised one service and we only got a terrible experience two days ago. I don't recommend it to anyone, there are cool professionals in Calgary, but unfortunately not in this place.

Great place to take photos. Only $15.50 for such good quality passport photo really surprised me. Less than 10mins done! I will recommend to all my friends.

I had the worst experience of my life. It was promised one thing, and then, after I chose the photos, the photographer brought me a list of prices that were not even discussed. These prices are not even on the website. During the photo shoot, the photographer ruined one of the backgrounds for the photo, and photographer Emma pressed me and said that my husband and I ruined it. They tried to deceive us and bill us for what they ruined themselves. Not professional, I do not recommend it, a terrible mood before the new year and a terrible day. When I wrote a letter with how I feel, no one answered me and that's all. I am incredibly disappointed and upset. Terrible feelings and a depressed state are guaranteed.

One of my favourite photographers to work with! My photographer here was really professional throughout the entire process, from planning to final product development. As a customer, I was at ease during the photo shoot and felt that I could convey my ideas for the images. She helped me pose anytime I needed guidance during the session, and I find that she is really supportive, which is great. She paid close attention to every little thing as we were finalizing and made sure I was happy with the images that were taken. I was able to get the images in a short time, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Besides, the staff here explained the details of my groupon patiently, and they were very considerate when it comes to the price. I'm eager to collaborate with this studio again!

Our photographer was thorough and provided us with a ton of poses. She was professional and timely. I was incredibly pleased with our photographs and picked a good mix of different poses with different family members plus some individual shots. She was also able to capture some candid shots which were amazing. Incredibly happy with the overall experience and the results.

The most terrible experience, they are real scammers, never use that service, they cheat on the prices and try to charge you extra for everything.

It was my first time to this kind of photo experience. Memotime is absolutely brilliant, with great atmosphere, friendly customer service, and most important, professional photography skill! Would definitely recommend this studio to my friends who want photograph!

My photographer was excellent, she was able to make my 2 year old smile and the results were amazing. Note that the voucher mainly discounts the studio session fee. Generally additional prints will require additional charges on top the voucher. Having said that, it's good the prices appear to be about market value. Overall I would say this was an excellent experience.

My husband and I had a great experience at memotime for our maternity photo shoot. Twayla was our photographer and she did an amazing job, made us laugh, relax and we had a great time. The pictures are incredible! Highly recommend this place.
