Great store, only place in town that consistently has good quality clothing in my size, always professional service as well.

They didn't allow my pregnant wife into their washroom, even though she's an H&M member and regular customer there. Absolutely zero customer service.

Clothing store with bargain prices. The store also has shoes and jewelry. There is no public washroom but the store is in the Bonnie Doon mall so washrooms close by. The store is clean and well lit although it is worn down.

The customer service was okay and there are some ongoing sales when I visited the location. The staff at this outlet was quite helpful when i visited. Although some of their promo or discount codes in my email were not working when it was scanned...

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't so difficult to get assistance. Took almost 30 min. To find someone who wasn't working the crash register to help us locate a pair of boots.

Friendly helpful staff. Free popcorn on Saturdays. Only thing that is hard to find is tall winter boots.
