Had the pleasure of dealing with Latif this week during my car buying process. In my opinion the best Mercedes dealer in calgary. I have gotten 3 vehicles from them over the last few years, each time management has gone above and beyond when it comes to making it a smooth and fun car buying process. Just recently I took delivery of my new vehicle and I would like to thank the staff work at Mercedes Benz for delivering such an high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Wouldn’t trust this Mercedes dealer for the life of me. They have very shady and unethical practices. I was in there to inquire about a new Mercedes and the salesperson wouldn’t even show the breakdown of the vehicle before getting my Mastercard. I ultimately refused because this was ridiculous to ask for a deposit before even showing the breakdown. Apparently the salesman said they do this because they don’t want to waste their time to print it out the paperwork if people aren’t serious. I left that Mercedes the same hour and walked into Mercedes Benz downtown where I ended up purchasing a vehicle. If you’re looking for an honest dealer with integrity then this dealer IS NOT FOR YOU. Shame on you for your shady practices, I would have expected more from a high end brand.

I brought my car gla250 to do regular service and there is a SRS warning light on and I have extended warranty on my car. The dealership kept my car in for three days third day they told me there is nothing wrong or no physical damage with SRS but they reconnected the wire plug under the seat the warning signs is disappeared and asked me you want still want to service done too I said yes do it when I get there to pick up my car the service was not done they said sorry we had no time to do it you have to leave the car overnight with us but we have no ride to drop off you home. And they charged me $400 just to tell me was nothing wrong in my car and its not under warranty they pissed me off.

Purchased a 2017 Honda Ridgeline in Sept of 2022. Great salesman but was told they would register vehicle for me which wasn't done. Sent a follow up email for registration and no response. Ended up going to registry and paying.

I was also told since I was a customer I would be able to take advantage of the airport shuttle service. After calling to book shuttle service was informed that's only for Mercedes-Benz sales not other vehicles.

Great experience end-to-end. We worked with Gur in sales and Marie in financing. They were direct, prompt, took the time to answer all of our questions fully, and got my partner and I in and out with a new vehicle in just over two hours which was fantastic. Excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle!

Although this was likely the cheapest vehicle on the lot and was not a Mercedes, the customer service he received from Shane (sales) and Ted (finance) was exceptional, and both went out of their way to make sure he had a great experience. I have been to few car dealerships to finalize the car in last few days, however, the poorest of reception was at Mercedese Benz Country Hills. The sales executive was not interested in showing different models and not interested in explaining features, he seems distant towards us. It felt like he just wanted us to leave asap.

We were buying a vehicle from out of area and were unable to see it in person. It was a pleasure dealing with Gursimran who provided a video walk around, all documentation and answered all our questions. Mercedes-Benz Country Hills went above and beyond for customer service as well. Thank you.

I hate to give bad reviews but I have to do this one. My check engine light was on a few years ago during warranty and nobody from this dealership recommended to do anything during annual services. During annual services I expressed my concern to a service tech at this dealership that my car check engine light was on and my inquiry was ignored. As soon as my car warranty expired this year the tech at this dealership told me that my check engine light was on and recommended to do a diagnose on it. It turned out that I had to spend over $2000 to fix a small issue. This expense should have been avoided to me if this was done before warranty expired.

Will not go to this dealership ever again.

I was looking for a premium vehicle and had been researching various manufacturers for quite some time. I attended the dealership and asked to speak to a sales representative. Latif Jivan approached me and was absolutely professional in his function as a representative of the dealership. No pressure, informative and knowledgeable of the product. He gave me factual information and was very helpful with any questions that I had about the product. I found the vehicle that I had been waiting for, the price was fair, no hassle trade in on my vehicle and the entire process was seamless. Marie Turan took care of all warranty options and was obviously very knowledgeable in her job function. There were some minor cosmetic problems with the vehicle that were taken care of by the sales manager without hesitation. As this was my first Mercedes product I had numerous questions regarding the operation of the vehicle. Latif answered many of my questions and those that he couldn't were taken care of by the service department. In summation my experience with Country Hills Mercedes could not have been more positive. Everyone involved with the sale was extremely professional and went beyond the expected level of service. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and will definitely return for future purchases.

I purchased 2022 C300 a few weeks ago, and I want to thank to everyone who helped me: Latif, Brent, and Kassandra! As I’m not living in Calgary, Latif followed up with me all the time until I pick up my vehicle and checked on me and my vehicle even after that! Benz car dealership was to look for Latif, one of the sales person. He’s the guy who helped my friend with her many car purchases. He showed me what an effective salesperson he is. Very presentable, knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and very accommodating. And those are the main traits that I’m looking for for a perfect salesperson.
I was looking for a SUV type of vehicle that day, but then I ended up getting a sedan on that same day, which I have no regrets at all.
Marie, who’s one of the financial adviser was the best. She explained everything to me and able to answer all of my questions honestly.

I really really really really wanted to like this dealership as they opened by our house and I have to tell you that I continue to be disappointed in particular by the service department at every step of the way. I wish it weren't true and it is.

Firstly - service is always polite and they really do try to respond. It's not a personnel issue.

1) We had an emergency flat tire that we took to them. It was a brand new car only 3 months old and of course they stopped making the tire. No problems - we ordered the tire but they got the WRONG TIRE SIZE. Then their supplier ran out of ANY stock in our size - run flat or other. So it was UP TO US to order the tire ourselves, and install it over the next couple of weeks. They had no options and weren't helpful. Not good.

2) We had two young children. When we brought in the car for an emergency flat (point #1) they couldn't give us any loaners. Ok - that's fine, but they also recommended that we order an uber ourselves to the car rental place, on our dime. All we wanted to do after this drama was head home and it took an intervention by the service manager to secure us a shuttle (which was lovely). So in this case there was a general lack of creative care.

3) With said flat, the car left for several days AND wrong tires ordered AND no sizes from their suppliers, my wife and I had to come up with the idea of putting the winter tires on to take the car or else it would have been stuck there. Indefinitely.

4) We are heading on a road trip and flying back and wanted to leave a vehicle with them and use the airport shuttle. Show up and it's only Mercedes vehicles. I think after the drama above they would have shown a bit of grace, but no.

So all in all, they're not terrible people here by any stretch. More there is a general lack of care and creativity. We had to come up with virtually ALL the ideas on getting around, buying the tires, etc.

We wanted to love this dealership so much and this just isn't the case.

Our sales rep Gaurav was a delight to deal with. He did not waste our time with sales tactics, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and if there was something he didn't know, he got us and answer in a timely manner. We enjoyed our experience at Mercedes-Benz Country Hills and the services that all employees provided us.

I had a great experience with Cyril (CJ). He truly worked hard to get me the best deal possible on my AMG. Very knowledgeable about the Mercedes product. I will be recommending Cyril to my friends and family. Had a really good experience compared to other dealerships.

I purchased my ML550 in February of this year! Was told the engine would not disappoint me! They stated the engine used in this vehicle has been used for over 40 yrs and I would not have any issues with it! I’m a single lady so was on guard as to what I was getting! In my past I was purchasing vehicles from small used car lots but figured with this bigger purchase I would buy directly from the dealership! Safe way to go right? They know their vehicles and everything would be checked over well before selling. Upon purchase I was told they wouldn’t be able to offer me an extended warranty this was upsetting but again… they are saying I would not be disappointed! A few months into ownership I’m having issues with the engine light coming on. A call was made and was told that once I leave their lot they cannot help me. I do the necessary work and engine light is on again! Misfiring cylinder 5 & fuel injector issue! Fuel injector, spark plugs, coil pack was replaced without their help and no change in vehicle. This vehicle is running very poorly, shaking and blowing white exhaust! Called Mercedes to talk to a manager and now it’s 2 days with no call back! I trusted Mercedes! I came to you in hopes that you would be honest and not sell me a vehicle with engine problems! I can’t get to work to even pay my bills! No vehicle and no call back! These guys are out for the money and don’t care about you! If your making a purchase you would be called back quick and helped! Sadly, when I first purchased my vehicle I gave them a high rating and great review! I take that back now! All I have is a vehicle with major engine problems and a large debt! For future…trust the small guys more! Never had a problem with them before!

Purchased our second Mercedes from Latif at Country Hills and as always an excellent experience. Latif knows how busy we are and made the purchase and trade in a quick process to get us back to our busy lives! I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz Country Hills. I live in Edmonton and had a not very good experience with one of the dealerships in Edmonton. I contacted MB Country Hills to inquire about a new GLC that was available in Stock and in less than 36 hours I was driving my new car! Everything was handled virtually and they made sure to have it ready for pick up in 36 hours because Saturday was the only day that I could go to Calgary to pick up the car. Kent the salesman who I worked with even offered that they can send the car to my home if I could not go to Calgary. I would definitely recommend MB Country Hills to everyone. Olivia from Finance department was also amazing, she made sure that all the finance approvals and my Preferred Supplier Discount approval was done quickly. Finally the pick up process was amazing as well, Kassandra did a great job of answering all the questions that I had.

He took the time to ensure we had exactly what we were looking for in our car and as first time luxury car buyers we really appreciated that! I upgraded from my 2002 Saturn so this was a big jump! Latif ensured there was a beautiful red bow on the car for the day of pick up and that the detailing was immaculate!

I bought my pre-owned GLA 250 from Latif and was treated with the absolute best service from start to finish. He answered every single question I had, made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He was patient with me while taking my time to make certain decisions and still has time today (several months after the purchase) to answer any questions. The whole team at Country hills from finance, to the delivery specialist, to the service department is absolutely the best.
