Good service. Sales Kenan Zhu is very good and find me a very good deal. The store is very clean and has a full range of biscuits and drinks. My daughter likes it very much. The salesperson Kenan got me a good deal.

This is the first Mercedes I have owned and my recent service was my third and final of a prepaid service agreement from when I purchased the vehicle. All three experiences have been first-class. The service facility only opened a couple of years ago and it has a brand new, modern feel to it. Service personnel were completely pleasant and professional. The surroundings enhance their customer service efforts. I was informed on time that my car was ready for pick up. On arrival at the service facility, the details of the service performed were efficiently reviewed with me and some questions I had regarding some minor repair work were responded to with great helpfulness. Excellent customer experience I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz Ottawa Downtown since the previous name of Mercedes-Benz Ogilvie for almost 20 years. I had purchased three vehicles from there and continued their service ever since. The sales, service and parts advisors there are always the most pleasant, as well as the courteous ride service. I recently purchased my 4th vehicle from there. The sales consultant Mr. Zarjan (Zee Man) and the service team there continue to create the most enjoyable experience. I am happy that Mr. Zarjan (Zee Man) is part of your company's team.
Approximately 2 years ago I was in a minor collision with a deer which impacted my passenger side front wheel well. The proximity of the damage involved the front right panel above the wheel well and the front bumper aspect. Tho the headlight itself was not damaged, the impact broke 2 internal plastic clips where it connected with the fender and warranted replacement of the headlight. Initial bodywork repair was completed, however, there remained an internal headlight leak that allowed generous condensation buildup in the replaced headlight. My body shop technician suggested I take it to Mercedes for a factory headlight replacement, as he could not find the cause. My technician highly recommended the downtown Mercedes dealership in Calgary AB for the repair. Upon the advice of my trusted mechanic, I took my vehicle from Okotoks to Downtown Mercedes for repair. The Mercedes technician inspected and decided that the part must have been defective and replaced it with another brand new assembly. By the next rainfall it was noted that there was still generous condensation buildup in the right headlight. (Note that this is now the second Mercedes O. E. M headlight assembly installed in my vehicle) I took my vehicle back to Downtown Mercedes in Calgary AB where they performed tests and could not find an issue. The service department claimed there was a service bulletin for this issue that required a new rear cover and desiccant packets to be placed inside the headlight.this seemed to work for short time, but one good drive in the rain filled the headlight with condensation again.
On the Fourth and final visit they had my vehicle for two weeks, performed all their tests, and claimed that performing the service bulletin of desiccant packets would solve the issue. Lucky for me it rained that evening, and I awoke to a headlight full of water. Extremely frustrated I messaged the dealership that morning and informed them that the headlight was STILL not repaired properly, and that I was getting tired of the constant hour drive back and forth to Calgary for a repair they just couldn't seem to facilitate. I was told that there would be a discussion with the foreman to come up with a solution. After a week of waiting, I was finally told that the headlight that was never properly repaired by Mercedes was no longer under warranty, and that the best they could do for me was to offer a small discount on labor to further diagnose the headlight for a problem they could not figure out after two years. They made multiple excuses for the headlight failure that did not include their own workmanship or quality of parts.
I was always under the impression that when you buy a quality vehicle and take it to their reputable dealership for repair that you were doing everything right. Who better to work on your car than the people trained specifically for said vehicle? What better part to have than a part made specifically for the vehicle? One would think I was on the right track with this methodology. I was also under the belief that workmanship meant something. That something could not truly be considered "under warranty" until it was proven to be working and warrantable. Sadly enough, at Mercedes downtown, that is not always the case. I have learned that some places will find any excuse they can to not stand behind their work. I hope my experience can at least help others moving forward when deciding what to do with their vehicles, because words cannot begin to express my frustration at the level of incompetence shown from this establishment.
While on our summer vacation traveling from western United States we backed over a signpost and broke an unknown wire under the vehicle. Mike Jennings took our call, was helpful and friendly. He had us text him photos of the vehicle and quickly diagnosed the problem and told us it was OK to drive. He sourced the part and booked us an immediate appointment to repair the problem. When we arrived the technicians were waiting for us and they worked through lunch to get us back on the road. The receptionist was lovely and we got to enjoy the massage chairs and candy during the short service. So grateful for the helpfulness, speed and care we were shown. Mike and his team were awesome and I’d highly recommend them. Thank you!

Back in 2018 I purchased a C300 from Mercedes Benz downtown, from purchase to selling (1.5 years) it was by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Including their managers and service department. They never had loaners available, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my valves that kept getting stuck closed so I was with out a vehicle for months. They replaced a flat tire with the wrong size, so driving over 80kms the whole car would shake. I didn't realize the wrong size tire until I went to sell them so I lost money. When I called the dealership they said there is nothing they can do now. So of course I naturally went back to Audi and have learned my lesson.
Best Mercedes service I ever had. Our company have 4 sprinter 1 G550 3 GL350 and 1 R350. All service at here with best result. Staff are super nice and easy to deal with. Service are always better than my expectation.
My B250 was hit on the street this summer, took it to the TD insurance for repair. They fixed body but never the rest of the damage, After numerous returns to TD repair shop, took the car to MB service and they were able to fix it and make drivable again, Replaced broken wheels, bearings, tires and suspension. It scary how many things was damaged and car were still given to me as repaired from TD. I wanted to Thank Al, Jessie and Mike for patience and all the repair getting done and exceptional customer service.

My experience here has been excellent. I sort of regret not bringing my E Class here earlier for service work. I came here after having warranty issues with our E class and the service advisor I worked with helped resolve those problems. I’ve also brought in the vehicle for the A Service recently. My service advisor, Mike was very helpful in telling me what services were required and what would need to be considered for the future and there was no pressure to get any other work done, which I appreciated.

Exceptional customer service! After a bad experience at the other Calgary Mercedes dealers, I gave Mercedes Downtown a try at the recommendation of my former salesman. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism I experienced. Their product knowledge and experience is evident. They took the time to do a no cost preliminary diagnosis on my vehicle and offered solutions to my issue. Something the other dealers in town have charged me thousands of dollars for in the past that didn't even rectify my issue! Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Govan at MB Downtown. I had reached out to a few dealerships via their websites inquiring about vehicles. Govan called me back within hours, was polite, professional, and courteous. Another dealership called 48 hours and one has still to call me LOL. I looked at a few cars and settled on a beautiful C350 Coupe, used. Delivery was perfect, (the GM introduced himself and even put the sticker on our plate!) and the after care is even better. The car had a weird noise and called Govan and he asked me to bring it in and they will fix at no charge (warranty expired). I have purchased my last 15 vehicles at Calgary BMW but my person there left and the sales person they gave my file to was ill-equipped to meet my needs. That dealership has changed for the worse unfortunately. MB Downtown has been excellent even sent them a client already. Please make sure you deal with Govan you wont be disappointed.
Second time at this location. Was a little skeptical first time because it was very easy. Had a follow up that needed to be done. Spoke with Michael. Knowledgeable and humble and very helpful.found out later he was actually a manager! Service here is honest and from my experience, they take time and do things right. Service manager also came and took time to explain things about service that needed to be done. Would not second guess their work. If I had a problem, I know they would certainly try to correct it and not dismiss it. They care about their reputation and customers. Very pleased to do business with this dealership. Very pleasant experience going in to this dealership, I guess you kind of expect it being higher end automobiles. You are greated very nicely and eventhough I was wearing jeans the service was quite pleasant.
Taken on time, finished by end of day, no problem holding for pickup next day. Completed my list (check engine light, erratic AC blower, oil/filter). Not inexpensive but came in below estimate. Nice waiting area w/wifi.

I would like to share my recent experience at Mercedes Benz Calgary. I was disappointed at first due to the extensive road construction surrounding the dealership to the point that I considered driving away. However the moment I drove in that all changed.
I was greeted by friendly, smiling faces. My service consultant Lola was very friendly and professional. She introduced me to the shop foreman Jason, his passion and knowledge of Mercedes is very apparent. He went on a test drive with me and quickly pin pointed the cause of my concern. Very professional all around!

Brought my car in for service yesterday due to an engine light on. Replaced the adblue heater and performed a software update. The car was ready in a couple of hours. Received excellent service from both Lola and Mark. Friendly and honest team. I'm glad to bring my car all these years for them to look after. Going to recommend to my friends and family. Lola is the best!
Excellent team at downtown Mercedes. Had a puncture on my 2018 GLC and Jesse was 100% on point with his professionalism and honesty that him and his team ended up repair the tire rather than having me to purchase a new one. I will continue to use this location for my vehicle's maintenance and likely a preferred one when it comes to an upgrade.
Would have been a 5 star experience, but I got the text that my car is done and ready for pick up, and when I got there, I still ended up sitting there waiting 30 mins for them to wash my car before giving it back to me. So one star knocked off for that 30 mins wasted. I would have expected better service from MBDTYYC.

This guys are the best. I have an engine light on, they worked on it for 4 hours without finding the issue. They submitted a quiry to Mercedes and gave me back my car fully washed with no charge. I assume they will find the problem.
Hey everyone last week I did my oil change with this branch and they broke clips from engine cover and they said because my vehicle has over 200000 km that's what happened well car is really good condition and it doesn't matter how high km on it, they wanna me pay half price of cover why is that? I did not broke my cover clips so again unprofessional service. Unfortunately unprofessional service, especially from their "vendor relations manager". I will never return to this dealership. Just out for the almighty time and told us they are not interested in our business.
I had a great experience at the service department at Downtown Mercedes-Benz! I had to go in for a standard recall and the staff made it so easy for me to get this done quick and efficiently. They provided me with a shuttle that picked me up to and from work so I did not need to worry about finding a way there. Once I got there they gave me a clear understanding of what was going on with the recall and even gave me a software upgrade! I was even more pleased to see that they washed my car! Everything you expect from a high end car dealership you will find here. I was treated with respect and felt like I was truly cared about. They have a nice selection of treats while you wait too! Highly recommend!
