This dealer is the absolute worst place to try to buy a Mercedes. Walked in 10 years ago to buy a CLA 35 and the sales person told me to buy a Chevy Tahoe, this car isn’t for you. Walked in yesterday to look at buying a CLA 45 AMG and couldn’t get anyone to help me. After asking for assistance the sales person just pointed from his desk and said go look at it. Unbelievably rude.

Staff from service drive in through reception, service staff, even showroom staff stopped for a chat not to sell a car. Fantastic waiting area with courtesy coffee and treats. I'm sure there is no better in Edmonton.

We took both mine and my wife, s ml suv for service on two different dates the repair required the vehicles to be left over night.romina erba our service adviser kept us informed about the progress and the time repair is finished she did really good job on explaining every thing beside being very helpful and friendly and the repairs was done on time as promised and big thanks to her and richard podgorski the shop Forman he did his best to finish them on time and we get both vehicles were vacumed and washed.

My appointment was not met but the staff were very apologetic and did make it up to me. Ryan thank you for understanding and helping me, also there was another gentleman who also tried to help. I visited the dealership ship again on November 8,2023 to have the Airbags replaced as per the recall. Ryan Bowie was my service rep. He was very professional and explained that the vehicle will be taken in right away even though I was an hour early. He asked that we go sit in the lounge and he will get in touch with me soon as the vhecle is ready. Ryan came and found me in the lounge to let me know that my vehicle is ready. He offered us to take a couple of bottles of water and soft drinks before we left.
I like to thank Ryan Bowie for his professional and courteous behavior. I found other staff at tbe dealership very friendly.

I have been a customer since 2009; bought two vehicles and will definitely be coming back to them for my next! Special shout out to their service advisors who always go above and beyond my expectations! A+

It’s a fancy nice looking place but they are way over priced. I purchased a light bulb for my low beams and the same part was 30$ from them when it was 20$ from Edmonton west.

Very professional and helpful service. We brought our vehicle in for a yearly maintenance before we store it and they went over everything. Saved us thousands on some transmissions work as it was still under warranty. And Ryan went over some cool features on our car we didnt know we had. They have my business now and in the future.

Romina my Service Rep was so very helpful, understanding and accommodating. She is very friendly and efficient in her role. Great Job!
