I approached them to review a 6-page agency agreement for us. They strung me along for 2 weeks with various excuses, including, "the main lawyer is on vacation, etc. ", then they came up with one that floored me. "We dont have anyone competent enough to deal with a contract with an overseas party"! They put themselves out there as a Law firm for small business then it takes them 2 weeks to figure they have no cmpetence for a job? Why waste my 2 weeks with empty promises when you could just decline the job within an hour of seeing it and allow me to look for another lawyer? !

The communication was great, and they were able to understand my situation and they proposed the best option for me, and on the day of signing Patricia give me all the time I needed to answer my questions and she explained to me every term in the document.
