Duane and his team did a fantastic job on my garage roof and eavestroughs. The quote was extremely fair and was the exact amount at the end as well, no hidden fees! I will definitely use Merit Construction again!

Our experience with Merit Construction has been exceptional. They were easy to work with and made an effort to talk through options with us for our crumbling chimney. The end result was fantastic and they are already lined up to do more work for us!

Duane and his team has helped me build a home gym in my garage, complete with flooring, storage solutions, shelving for my dumbbells and a foldable squat rack. I love my new space! Duane was very professional, friendly and gave me great suggestions for options for the space.top notch service! I highly recommend!

We are a 74 unit complex in the NW. We were having difficulty finding a company that could take care of our property-we needed more than a handy man and this firm is it. Merit does a great job of assisting us with the maintenance of our complex. They are very responsive, the cost is reasonable and fair and they always let us know what our preventative maintenance should be. Would definitely recommend them. Great team to work with.

Merit Construction is the primary maintenance contact for our condominium corporation. Every year, we rely on Duane from Merit Construction to provide us with a thorough assessment of property repair and maintenance needs. Duane consistently provides well-documented and accurate quotes as well as photos of all work done and then apprises us of any arising problems.
Some of the work that Duane has completed involves the repair and/or maintenance of deck boards, cedar siding, caps on handrails, parging, roof shingles and flashing, and masonry work. Duane yearly cleans and repairs eavestroughs and downpipes. He has also attended to some of the landscaping needs of our property.
Merit Construction has also been hired by individual owners to complete their interior and exterior projects. Duane is honest, reliable, and committed to providing the best quality service to his clients. Have used there guys several times and been very happy. The owner is knowledgeable, practical and honest. I will gladly use him again!
