Very rude and not very polite… didn’t want to help at all. Never even asked if I needed help with anything. Just disgusted specially with one of the ladies her name was Marie I believe. Never going there ever again.

Merle Norman is very professional and clean! The staff always welcome you as you walk through the door and they are always willing to help! All the employees are well rounded and all have helped me and my friends and family in the past! From makeup to services they seem to love their job! Plus they are locally owned and a woman ran business!

I won’t go anywhere else for my waxing Cynthia does have beautiful job and it’s surprisingly painless. My skin feels great and my eyebrows look great I can’t say enough good about her.

Stephanie does such a wonderful job on my lashes! Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

Great service and a great NEW team of staff that have very welcoming attitudes, I have got my nails and waxing done by the owner for years. She always goes out of her way to do a excellent job. Also they are all real professionals that have been in business for a long time.
