Employee was wonderfully patient and understanding of my daughter's fears but got the piercings done in minutes with cleaning and spinning too. Would recommend the Market Mall location to anyone.

Angela was super friendly and provided a great customer service. I was very nervous and Angela assured me everything would be ok! Thank you Angela!

It was great. I didn't have to wait in line, had great service. The lady that waxed my brows was very helpful and nice.

Customer service was great, 5 stars, but if you’re going to get your nose pierced, I would honestly just go to Claire’s. Price was 75$, and the piercing itself just seemed like an earring piece without a backing. It was sharp and too long for my nose, so would constantly irritate my nose because of it. It fell out, and when I asked for the price for replacement, again was asked 75$. Went to Claire’s, and got 2 pieces of stainless steel jewellery for 25$

I’d highly recommend this place for any type of service!
I’ve been coming here for almost 9 years for every type of service, I’ve even had my ears pierced at least 5 times here even my nose and never had any issues with the healing process.
They’re great friendly staff who pride themselves in cleanliness and definitely take their time with you and make sure to get to know you on a personal level so you keep coming back to them!

Nice spa with fair prices.
Had to take away 1 star as they play YouTube music in their treatment rooms which has an advertisement telling them to upgrade every 5 minutes. Kind of takes away from the relaxation.
Otherwise nice staff and I’ve had a couple of great facials here.

I've gone to this location on and off through the years. I find the owner to be very hit or miss as far as customer service goes. Sometimes she smiles and says hello and other times she doesn't.

I recently went in for a facial and saw a lovely woman named, Priti. She made the experience very relaxing and informative. I would LOVE to continue seeing her, however, I find the overall vibe of this location unwelcoming, which makes me not want to go back.

It's worth noting that during that same visit, another female employee was quite rude when Priti and I were looking at facial products together in the front. She turned into me and said "Excuse me. " in a very nasty tone and then pushed past me as if I should make myself smaller. It absolutely put a bad taste in my mouth. I'm spending money -good money, and this is how I'm being treated? Not cool.

Beware, they do not separate the products from the services so if you go to tip, you're tipping on the whole purchase instead of the service. I asked Priti to separate it for me and the owner looked at me and walked away. No smile, no checking in about the service, nothing. Luckily there are other locations in the city!

Waste of 80$, was told the piercing wasn't supposed to fall of easily but fell off on the second day. A week in now it fell out again and the hole completely closed. Waste of money. Nose uncontrollably bleeding.

If I could, I would put 0 stars! I got my daughter’s ears pierced 6 months ago, as well as mine, and despite cleaning, disinfecting etc etc our ears are not healing, they keep getting infected. I gave up on mine, and took the earring out (the hole closed and I have a lump left……). As for my daughter, no idea what to do since she wants to keep them. It is so frustrating. Staff was also not friendly, complained that my daughter gave her a stomach ache because she cried, and also I noticed the earrings were put wayyyy too tightly and were digging inside our ears because of the swelling… I wonder if they even know what they’re doing.
I don’t recommend this place for piercings! Don’t know about their other services tho!

My 3 months old daughter just had her ears being pierced yesterday. I personally asked for TRACY to have it done for my lil one and the overall experience was really smooth, she is amazing. The staffs are extremely professional, we were
acknowledged by a friendly staff as soon as we got there and just waited a bit for Tracy to finished up with her client.
We were well informed about the after care. My husband and I are really happy and satisfied.
