When you are in the process of shopping, they tell you to leave your backpack in the lockers at the entrance. You leave your purchases, go to leave your backpack and all the lockers are occupied.super. You have to wait, I used to immediately put purchases in my backpack at the checkout. Now I need to take my purchases in your hands, put them near the locker and then put them in my backpack. The service is just "great", "well done". I will never come here again. No thanks I don't recommend this store.
I have never had an issue shopping here. Sometimes the stock has been low but it seems to be only when the flyers are changing. Super friendly staff at the check out as well
Clean well organized store. Helpful staff when I couldn't find items. Prices are comparable. But I strongly object to being forced to buy two items to get a lower price. As a senior citizen, on fixed income, don't need two items & shouldn't have to pay more for one box of cereal (ie: 2 boxes rice crispness for $7 or 1 box over $4).
Best prices around and parking is easy and walker freindly the security chick snuck a picture of me on her PHN I suspect for personal reasons. Corey the owner of evolve exteriors maybe gave her some cocaine or some idk
This store is located SE best one to grab your quick grocerie eventually maintained well so clean and organized store ever near SE, recommend for those who live close by affordable parking spaces
Love the cashiers here, some of the customers could learn to behave but for where it's located it is so clean and inviting, I do almost all my shopping here
The prices are fine but they clearly don't care about the laws on masks in public. Whether you agree with masks or not doesn't change the fact that it's a law. If they're able to just shrug off one law put in place for the safety of others, it makes me wonder what other laws they're willing to ignore.
Just got followed when I went to buy cheese and stuff for lasagna at Forest lawn nofrills. Lady practically called me a thief and told me to leave my backpack at home
This is the worst grocery store I've ever been too. They rang in 2 items wrong, got double charged and the supervisor says "that's the scales hey. " Like too bad. No apologies or anything, even after I pointed out their mistakes. Poorly trained staff and a supervisor that has no idea what customer service even means. I will never shop here again.
Was here today. Clean store but three staff not wearing over their noses including at the till. Best to go early weekdays as the checkout lineup is ackwqrd.
Worst experience ever! Dian was the lady serving me and kept yelling at me telling me how wrong I was and she didn’t need to listen to me even tho I was called to her till by the intercom. Sorry you just had an altercation with another customer but don’t take it out on other shoppers. You don’t have very good customer service. Don’t shop here. Disgusting store and disgusting employees.
The cashiers are terrible, they charge wrong price quite often and they talk to customers very unfriendly not like the other stores. It 's seem to me they are quite racist too. The cashiers don't like too many customers come there, they raise voice to customers quite often. If i am manager here i will change all the cashiers since there are so many complaints about racism in this store, hire younger one more energetic and open minded from many country
I went on Sunday this week to grab some ingredients for a recipe that I'm doing and I'm just using them now and everything is moldy the spinach the mushrooms all of it disgustingly moldy like I hate it so much.
We like to ride our bikes here because its not far from home. We took our backpacks obviously to carry our groceries back. When we got there we were rudely demanded to leave our bags at the store so we wouldn't steal anything. Guess you should bring your cloth grocery bags instead guys. Also instead of stereo typing people why not take all the food we know you throw out, as a store, and give it to the people that are obviously stealing because they are STARVING. As obviously you are having issues if you are so worried. Common sense i think. Support local, support your community, not contribute further to the problem.
No frills is very good for anyone on a budget, I shop their quite frequently, the way the store is set up is a bit odd, but they seem to have all needs met on a super friendly price!
I just made a purchase 2 minutes ago… July 3 2021 it’s 8 12… I would recommend finding more patient employees…. To stand there looking so blatantly irritated with the people in front of me is astounding…. Don’t be in customer service if you can’t work with everyone… don’t blame the store but one employee can change everything…
Had a poor experience with one of the employee in charge of queue for customers. I was sent back to the end of a long line when I was shopping with my friend.
The staff were super helpful. I had issues with my points card and they explained how to fix it and what may have happened to cause the issue. If all else fails I know the number to call.
Excellent Customer Service Usually a really clean store Everythings fair priced Heads up though drop your back pack off at till 7 on the way in to avoid that awkward tap on the shoulder to bring it up to the front
A lot of indoor specials which is excellent. When I need help there's always somebody there to assist me. The cashiers are friendly and it's wheelchair accessible. Everybody wears Masks, and they have it all together.
Good service and it’s pretty easy to find everything. I found some pretty good deals too, on food items and on other household items. Convenient location too. Also they had huge chocolate bars for 1$. I know that isn’t super important but it speaks to the character of the store.
Hear place for your basic grocery runs. Efficient layout to the store. Best advise, run the aisles first, breads, frozen then dairy and then pay & escape.
Was good until we got stopped by a man in plain clothes telling us they “don’t condone” smelling the fabric softener before we buy it because we have to “break the seal” 1. There is no seal on the fabric softener to break 2.why would I buy something if I have no idea how it smells?
Security or whoever that was really needs to find a better use of their time
Great location, very good deals to be had the store is well organized and the shopping experience is one of the best for no frills. Easy parking, carts and checkouts.
I have never been treated like this ever by anyone at this store until today. And I will be calling customer service tomorrow for the discrimination and treatment your staff puts on people that are coming into the store to shop. We just came in to shop for meat and my daughter was going to buy a pumpkin forHalloween. Then the lady at the cashier closest to the exit door told her she needs to leave her bag with the cashier. My daughter has many personal items in there and we were not at all planning on stealing from your store. We were just there to shop. But because of the embarassment that cashier caused us we left with nothing in our hands and i even told her we arent gonna steal. She said it doesn't matter all bags stay at the front. Which was very very very rude and inconsiderate. It happened today around 7pm. I will be calling customer service tomorrow. Your cashiers are not security and they have no right to treat my daughter like that at all. Im sickened by that service.
One of the cleanest No Frill store with really good inventory and clear signs for fast navigation. Fast checkouts and good and professional customer service.
It's a smaller grocery store compared to others, but has good stuff marked pretty cheap. I found the stuff I needed and since it with Shoppers you can use your points at the place too, which helps a bit.
You should put a big sign regarding backpacks. I was screamed at for my backpack. Advise to the staff. Why not approach the customer and inform him/her nicely about your policy instead of screaming on top of your voice and treating us like a common thief. NOT everybody wearing backpacks are a thief.
It was amazing. Didn't know we had that in Calgary I thought it was only in the countryside since we already have superstore and they don't but I loved my experience there got everything I needed.
They got some really good sale every week. Parking is ok but wish they had for parking spot.
Had a bad experience with cashier: Marie P. I put every items I had on the cashier conveyor belt.and later she told me to put some of the items back into the cart cause some items were double no need to up. Then she just yell at me for following for her instruction. (she look into my cart and said "Oh" then proceed to scan others item and didn't even apologise HAHA wth is this)
Will never step foot in this No Frills again. Not everyone that walks in that store is a thief. On average my family spends $1000 per month on groceries at that location. I personally had an incident with their so called security Or loss prevention i believe is the term. However she is like an old biker chick without her bike and the most ignorant person I've dealt with in a very long time. Perhaps a career change doing security for Trudeau would suit her better.
