Susan is hands down the best tech you'll ever have the honour of doing your eyelash extensions with. She's very knowledgeable and is always updating her skills through courses as a student. But also, she teaches courses on how to do eyelash extensions. If that's not amazing, I don't know what is. She also really cares a lot about sourcing the best products for her clients! For example, she noticed that the previous extensions she used didn't play well with heat and tended to flatten out by the time a fill is needed. Susan found the best extensions that withstood heat - even the hour long, burning, scalding hot showers.

Susan really has an eye for figuring out what styles work for your eye shape - but don't worry if you've already got a style in mind! She's always done her best to accommodate me and what I want. If you're on the fence, try her out and you'll see the difference.

I finished 2 days of lash training with Susan and she was really great in mentoring. She thoroughly explained every step of the procedure and very detailed. Whenever I am doubting my capabilities, she’s there to boost my confidence and that really helped me A LOT to overcome my fears. Susan’s work is perfection! She is meticulous and takes her time in her design so that when does the actual brow tattoo it comes out amazing. Her eye for beauty and symmetry is so good! I was in for my second annual touch up for micro blading and was really set on getting micro blading done again. She mentioned at my last session that I may not be able to get micro blading on my next touch up as the strokes wouldn’t heal as crisp after the third time. Upon consultation Susan suggested I try a combination of micro blading and shading this time for the best look. I don’t wear much make up and I thought the combo brow look would be too much for me but I also trust Susan’s professional judgement since working with her. And I’M SO GLAD I DID. I love my brows even more than when I first got them micro bladed (and I loved them already). They are so crisp but still look natural enough on me. Highly recommend her and trusting her vision! She is an expert! Also very clean and she is such a sweet and fun person to chat with each time I come in!

I took the one day volume and Megavolumes lash training. Susan is a great instructor my whole course was hands on, she showed me all tricks to better my lash game from fanning dipping the glue, tweezer placement, retention, tape all the little things that I have overlooked. She’s really strict on how sets should look, not a lot of Artists really share all their tricks with you. I am glad I took the course

I had my eye brows microbladed by another tech prior to coming to mesmereyes. My expectation was to be in pain and be left with dreadfully dark sharpie brows for 3 weeks. My first time with mesmereyes she did such a great job on the size and shape of my brows. It healed so nicely. No dark sharpie brows. Barely any obvious peeling. My first time lasted me 2 years but I did push it. Thank you so much for the wonderful service highly recommend to anyone debating!

If you’re looking for THE PERFECT brow artist look no further! I had been contemplating getting my brows done for the past year. After much thought I decided to give it a go. Susan was amazing. She walked me through every step of the process making me feel at ease. When shaping my brows she made sure I was completely satisfied before starting the ombré shading. What I loved most was that she didn’t just brush me off and make me feel as if I was being too demanding. She is the only one I trust with my face whether that be lashing or with microblading!

I finally pulled the plug and had my eyebrows (or lack there of) done. Susan was wonderful from the initial contact through to the end of the appointment.
