We met with the sales manager Ali 8 days ago. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The blinds are manufactured locally. We ordered bedroom blinds and bathrooms blinds on that day. The blinds were installed 8 days later by Satnam. He was excellent, very tidy, knowledgeable and quick. The bedroom blinds are solar powered with a remote control. Hammad met with us promptly within a day of reaching out to him about a quote. Very easy man to work with and very genuine. At the end of our interactions, my wife and I agreed that we wanted to go with MET Blinds. They are able to install temporary blinds (24 hour notice) until they are able to install the permanent blinds we ordered. In a week, our consultation and our blinds were all chosen, constructed & hung. Extremely prompt and quick in communications and installation. Satnam installed our blinds and was very careful with details and installation. Easy to talk to and gave us advice with our remote locations, answered all of our questions & explained the how-to’s very clearly. They are a reliable company that I will for sure call again for our future basement renovations and will recommend to anyone who needs a reliable & strong company that stands behind their word of great quality blinds. We are currently juggling a lot of appointments with moving into a new house, and they were by far the easiest and most stress-free to book.
