Absolutely incredible experience and service! My first trip to Method Motor was on Sunday and I have been back twice since then to both buy and sell a vehicle. At the same time, Garrett identified and resolved a significant issue with one of my vehicles in a day and identified the source of a second problem with another vehicle in literally 5 seconds; the same problem which has eluded a fix at the dealership for months! Only now am I reading their website and I can confirm that their commitment to establishing trust and clear, soloition oriented, communication is absolute. I came in today to get my window motor looked at and replaced. I dealt with James for most of my time, he was a wonderful employee who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They managed to find the parts I needed and get working on the job tonight, to be ready by tomorrow morning. I might add that I came in this afternoon around 12: 30 pm.

Trevor, the shop manager, should enthusiasm the minute I stepped out of my car. With his kind greeting and the offer of a donut while I was waiting on the inspection, I would say these guys are 10/10. Very respectable and nice people.

Definitely would come back to these guy's in the future!

Method Motors is professional, fast, clear in describing what they do to repair your car and why. In a word, they are amazing! After receiving fantastic service earlier in the week for a purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, I decided to bring my other vehicle to them for an electrical repair that had been a problem for over a year. I took my vehicle to another trusted shop several times for service of numerous burnt out headlights and non-functional power door locks without any success. I assumed the problems were connected and were due to an electoral issue across the car. It turns out, the two issues were not related at all and in the same day, Method Motors resolved the door lock issue and had me on my way! I was always concerned that a shop would take advantage of my lack of knowledge about car repairs generally but specifically as it relates to electrical systems.
Method Motors explained what they thought the problem might be, confirmed what the problem was and then repaired it! No scam, no over charge, no fishing expedition to cost me extra money. It is so important to have a shop you can trust to do a great job and not take advantage of you in terms of price! Thanks Method Motors, I'll be back!

I needed a remote for my kids older vehicle. (discontinued remote starter and no remotes available any longer). He spent time digging around and found me a few older remotes to where he took them apart and took the time to build me one that works. The time alone was more than an hourly fee. I keep getting AWESOME service from these guys. The service simply can not get any better.

I had a new Mazda CX-5 wrapped (XPel), windshield protective laminate applied and dash cam system installed by Method Mobile in 2019. The products they choose to offer are specifically considered and of exemplary quality. I brought my car in to the shop today to have my tires changed and to diagnosis an odd noise coming from the front end of my car.

I dealt with Greg who was a great communicator. He let me know exactly what was going on and what my options were. He was honest, reasonable, and fair. He had the problem figured out quickly and made the repairs without any issues. The noise is gone and my tires are changed! He even looked into some other things I had questions about and was very knowledgeable about what could be done.

100% I will be returning to this shop for my automotive needs and would recommend this shop to anyone.

They work on anything and everything from my smart car to high end sports cars. They’ve always been very transparent with me when it comes to repairs and I would recommend them to anyone looking for service.

Great service, products and dedication to doing it right. There are lots of choices for paint protection but the application of the products and the attitude of the people you deal with is what matters to me.

I have the worst experience ever, they deserve minus 100 star for their work, I installed the drone and T12 since Sept and after 2 months I start having issue with my drone, every time I turn on my vehicle with it, it shut off it self in a few seconds, I have called them about the issue they start saying that maybe you don't upgrad the app or your phone is old blah blah which is not true I have Note 10+ and last update of the app but they are trying to skip from their responsibilitie, on December the issue became worse and my T12 start doing the same, I called them again this time they blame the cold weather or my vehicle battery which is not true too because I have brand new battery got it from Audi dealership. Today I drove all the way from Fort McMurray to their location in Sherwood Park and i asked them to remove it after I have got the most horrible experience made me suffering cause of it in the last 5 months i waste my time and money and he said that might be the reason because I have Audi Q5 which is was my first question before I installed if I'll face any issues and he said that he is a professional and I don't have to worry about anything and this is what happened when I trust him so I don't recommend them to anyone at least if you want to have the same bad experience.update on March 4/2021 it's been now couple days since my visit and I'm still having same issue nothing have been changed My T12 keeps shutting off the vehicle after a few seconds even they have told me that they have fixed the issue!

Took my truck in for a new remote starter and expel coating. This is the seventh vehicle I have had starters installed in with since 2006 and the second with expel. Service is always awesome and quality of the installation is also always exceptional. I recommend Method to anyone I talk to.

We recently had our Tesla Model Y paint protected with stealth film and windows tinted at Method Mobile. The staff did a great job and everything was completed within less then a week of dropping off the vehicle. Our rep was very responsive to questions and provided excellent customer service. He was meticulous and very detailed oriented. As well, had great product knowledge and suggestions for other potential after market mods to the Tesla. Overall, Method Mobile did a great job with wrap and tinting and our car looks fantastic.

I also had my parents have a remote starter issue that was installed at another facility it took 5 mins and the problem was resolved and no charge. I and my Family have only had good experiences here and would highly recommend!

Beyond excellence! These guys really back their work. Remote starter worked great for ten years then suddenly quit. I thought for sure I would have to buy a new system. They had it fixed within a few minutes and wouldn't even accept payment. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shop was really nice and clean, like a showroom. Purchased a key fob to replace the one that my wife lost in the parking of her place of work. These gentlemen were very helpful and accommodating. They fixed me right up and had everything configured in mere minutes. Also had to go back and get some trouble shooting done and they took real good care of me and my wife's car. I would highly recommend them for product and installation. Treated my just like family.

Customer service above all expectations. Extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgable. I had an issue with a car starter that wasn't even installed by them (vehicle was bought used with car starter already (poorly) installed).
