Studio is clean and cozy. Instructors are experienced and friendly. I love complimentary herbal tea at the end of the class. I leave happy and grounded after each session.

I love the atmosphere here. I’ve floated between other studios and find a sense of home at Metta. Alan Mileham is a treasure as a teacher and I really enjoy all of their specialty program offerings. I’ve bought a number of specialty sized mats and other supplies from them and am grateful for the warm customer service.even though the parking always gives me anxiety it is plentiful. I like the clean and unique design to the change rooms and every friend Ive brought with me agrees. Its a little busy so I hope they expand the class offerings when they can.

Metta Yoga is a great facility with wonderful instructors. I always leave the classes feeling mentally reset, stronger and relaxed.

It is so unfair that I canceled the class 2 hours ahead and charge me for $12. And it didn’t mention on the page when you make a reservation. The fee shows up after you canceled the class. What is the point.

Metta Yoga is great! The instructors are awesome. I never thought I’d enjoy yoga as much as I do. It has truly helped me become more calm, and has improved my flexibility.

Super amazing yoga studio, very accommodating. But you have to be careful as its slightly addictive.hehe. You will sweat all your worries away in a Metta class, and find incredible deep stretches in a yin practice (my favourite). Highly recommend. The instructors are always more than happy to chat after a class. Highly recommend

This studio has a great thing going, the mat drying area is great the wholistic take on hot yoga was a refreshing experience after trying so many overly trendy studios. Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful! Great studio.

Though I do not visit often, I have been a patron of Metta Yoga studio for over 10 years. The classes are always a mentally liberating and moderate but good physical sessions. Compared to other studios, I find the accompanying music played in class well-suited and relaxing. The change room and showers are spacious and soothing. Thank you for a great place for healing and meditation.

I love this yoga studio. They have a yoga class for kids at the same time as my hot yoga class. I'm so happy I get to practice yoga again.

The best part is the SUPER AFFORDABLE intro month with an unlimited class allowance, so you can do as much hot yoga as you want for 1/4 of what the price should be! Take advantage!

They run classes all day every day so you can always find a class time that works for you. Everyone on the team is friendly and amazing to talk to! The place is always so clean, they have free tea and filtered water, and two studios!

Congratulations Metta on your 10th year! My favorite yoga place! I love their clean studio and warm instructors. The atmosphere feels welcoming and the people have a big smile to everyone that comes. Even though I have been doing yoga for more than a decade, my skills are still very basic, I love that this place is never intimidating. More than being fit, I am glad that I have an hour to quiet my mind! I definitely recommend Metta Yoga to everyone.

Fantastic for new and experienced Yogis! I learned so much from the way they guide you through each move! Before this, my yoga practices were more of a stretch but after Metta I can feel it works my muscles too because of how well they describe each move. Love it!

Always a great workout that I leave feeling super sweaty, and grounded.

Today was my best practice ever, actually bringing me to tears with a sense of peace and calm.

Have really been liking this studio. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because there are some instructors who are a little judgemental. There are lots of different ones though so I’ve found a number I like. Shout out to Jessie and Angie for being such vibes!

It's a very clean environment and provide mat cleanser for prior or after class. Instructors are friendly and helpful.

They are a fantastic group of respectful folks. Instructors are kind, graceful and diplomatic. Hot yoga exercise helps with my joints and muscle stiffness, burns calories and tones my muscles and considering it's so close to home, I can't imagine a reason or need to travel farther.

I am so glad I chose Metta Yoga Calgary as my first studio for starting hot yoga! I was super intimidated to go by myself for the first time. The staff there are so awesome, everyone is friendly, the classes are for all levels of experience and comfort! I complete the discounted trial month and I feel so much better physically, mentally and emotionally! I have so much more energy and a positive outlook on life. I highly recommend this hot yoga studio for beginners or anyone looking to join!

I love this place! The studio is so clean, everyone is so warm and welcoming. I took me a couple of tries to get back into the wagon, but thanks to the March Bingo Challenge - I am 8 classes away from completing! I have referred 2 colleagues here and both loved the experience as well!

I’ve been going to this studio for one month now and I have enjoyed every single class I have zero complaints. Staff is nothing but friendly and accommodating. This is a great place if you wanna start yoga, really friendly for beginners. The staff are really friendly, environment is great. There are different options for hot yoga as well, you can find the one that fits you. Different activities happen each month, so you won’t get tired of it!

I enjoy coming to this yoga studio, all their classes are warm/hot and they leave you feeling more calm and energized at the same time. I really enjoy the Yin classes as well and the fact they have classes late in the evening.
