This dealership has been serving my family for years, and this was my first time purchasing from them, but second time purchasing a vehicle.

He seemed very distracted. Maybe he had a lunch to go eat!

I was simply asking about questions with warranty and possibly price matching other car companies. He rudely interrupted me and said, "Maybe this isn't the suv for me. "

Had my 2018 Ford Escape for service of a recall a shifter bushing
Service was excellent and people working there too. So much so I even sent my fiancé there to purchase her new 2023 Ford hybrid Escape!

Took my truck there. They changed one injector. Drove it for less than 200 km and another failed. Wouldn’t work with me. Also the customer service was complete garbage. Alyssa was the girl I dealt with. Extremely ride and never responded to the texts. Wouldn’t recommend if you want it done right.

I would highly recommend this Ford dealership to anybody. My experience I was excellent, and in every stage from booking to pick up communication was easy and easy to understand. Everything was done in a timely manner. All staff members were lovely to deal with.

Waited 20 months for a full size bronco for them to last minute change my order without contacting me or telling me. Only found out when the vehicle was in production and too late for me to push for them to revert their own changes.

Went to do a recall they took really good care of me even gave me a loaner vehicle just in case my vehicle wasn’t ready by the end of the day

I would never buy anything from mgm that much I can tell you that’s a gangster dealership.

Originally took my RS in for an oil change and discovered it needed some warranty work so I left it overnight to be diagnosed/ repaired in the morning. Got a call the next day and was told they won't have the parts till the day after so I told them to keep it another night but if it wasnt done by 5pm the next day I would need a loaner. Got the call it was done 10: 30 the next morning and went to pick it up at 11. After they found my keys I got in my car and saw a check engine light that wasnt on to begin with. Drove it back to the bay and discovered the tech forgot to plug a sensor back in. And finally got to take my car home. I go to work the next day and missed a call from MGM, didn't have time to check the voicemail till after 6pm and it was a message that said I need to take my car back again because they forgot to put some parts back on my car. Sure enough after work I pop my hood and my engine cover is missing and I'm concerned about what else they may have forgotten or stole off my car.

Dealing with Rachel in service was absolutely delightful but the insanely sloppy work from this technician has lost me all my trust and I will definitely not be bringing my car back.

This dealership is amazing! From the purchase process, through financing, and complete with a fabulous service department. They treat each client like their business is of the utmost importance. Respect, integrity, and understanding are quite obviously part of their hiring policy! I havent had an experience like this dealership ever. I will continue to drive from Edmonton to work with them. It is completely worth the drive!

This dealership would not honour the warranty of a third clutch assembly replacement even though the car has only 76,285 km's on it. In a Class Action Suit against Ford, it states the clutch assembly replacements part will likely be faulty as well.
