Very good place. A person, male staff, whose name unfortunately don't remember, who did abdomen ultrasound was very polite, carefully, explained well and gave instruction that were simple and easy to understand when needed. Also when I asked something answered my question. I didn't have to wait long for my turn. Everybody there who I met was very polite, attentive and helpful. It s easy to get there by bus if somebody has no car as it has several bus stops and the building part were Mic is located is pretty big. Also if you came hungry there and after would like to buy quickly Smth to eat you have several good options there around.
Great experience from the moment I walked in the clinic. Staff at the reception desk took the time to acknowledge my arrival and to tell me that they would be helping me to check in as soon as they were able. The building is large but well laid out for those in the waiting room. It only took a few minutes for me to be called and I was escorted to the waiting area for my appt. The tech came to get me and immediately introduced himself and began to explain the procedure which made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was extremely professional with a warm and caring approach which is rare these days. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
Great experience everytime at MIC. After I had a few very bad experiences with a previous imaging provider, I switched to MIC. If you want professional, fast and friendly service then I highly recommend MIC.
The reception is there were very helpful they went up and above and beyond to help me. I forgot my paperwork did everything. They could to get my paperwork there so I could have my appointment. The technicians were very helpful they explained they were in a detail what had to be done. I was very comfortable.
I was extremely anxious and my mri tech was outstanding. She was so compassionate and caring and helped me every step of the way. Amazing bedside manner. The clinc is well run, clean and professional too.
Would not do an ultrasound of my leg looking for DVT as their protocol is 24-48 notice. I ended up taking my health into my own hands and went to emergency and they got it done and it turned out to be a blood clot sure glad glad I didn't wait that 24-48 hours disgraceful!
I did three ultrasounds at this place during my pregnancy: 8 weeks, 12 weeks, and 19 weeks. Techs and staff there were friendly and professional. I never had to wait long. Their doctors always checked the result from the tech before letting us leave to make sure the tech did well. After every ultrasound, they always sent the fetal photos and videos to my email in high quality format. Too bad, no appointment is available at this place next week when I will be 36 weeks, so I had to book at Insight. I see some people gave this place 1* just because the ultrasound took long or the tech said the baby didn’t move. I believe it was misunderstood and unfair for them. Clearly, with the fetus, the tech needs time to check carefully to make sure your baby is fine. You should be happy about that. Sometimes, the tech needs to measure many parts of the fetus' body to determine if there is risk of health issues. In this case, if the baby is not in the right position that the tech can measure, the tech has to wait for the baby to move, and if the baby doesn’t move, you need to do it another day. That was what the tech meant. I believe it would be helpful if you could research about fetal ultrasound at every stage, such as what they will measure at 12 weeks, 19 weeks, etc, so then you can plan your day and have questions for the tech if needed.
Friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely not hesitate to book at this location. I had 3 appts consisting of an ultrasound, mammogram and abus and I was in and out within 1hr and 15 mins… impressive!
Brought my wife here for an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 8: 45 am. The technician came to see her at 9: 45 am. Even though she went to the reception 2 times to remind them that she is waiting, the technicians were busy attending patients who came in after her. This wait costed us $40 for uber because I had work commitments and had to leave after a while. The receptionist was apologetic though (hence an extra star). We got a $5 TimCard for the wait.
I had 3 wonderful technicians and a very thorough radiologist take the time to ensure they got every view required, every test completed & explained with the utmost care. It’s never fun going through testing but having kind, caring, & professional staff made the experience so much easier. Thank you!
The front desk staff were welcoming, professional and their comeraderie showed that people enjoy their work. The medical staff ran the appointment like a well-oiled machine! They were friendly, professional and informative. I was a bit stressed and fearful about having the injection for the MRI arthrogram and my concern wasn't simply brushed off. The doctor helped distract me and the nurse checked to make sure I was okay after the injection part was complete. MRI staff knew their roles and worked very well as a team. Overall, it was a very great disgnostic experience and I will choose this clinic again, if needed in the future. Thank you.
This is the best location! The ultrasound tech, Monica, was super nice and made my whole experience very comfortable. We also shared the same birthday and I thought that was really cute. I highly recommend this place:)
I've been here a few times for a cortisone shot in my knee. The staff are very friendly and they make sure you know every step of the proceedure. Only wish I could my shot on Friday's.
All the receptionists who were there on March 10,2021 were professional and very friendly, very punctual with my appointment. The nurse who did my ultrasound was professional, patient, kind, and very friendly. I recommend this place despite the bad reviews, I was treated wonderfully. Thank you for following the covid-19 guidelines.
Did a walk-in for an x-ray. Never been here before. Building is very nice and big. Waited maybe only 5 minutes and I was called to go in. Came around 10: 30am. Super fast and efficient.
Staff were all very friendly. Amy explained step by step each repositioning picture to me and why. The proceedure was done professionally and with sincerity. The office was tidy, clean qith plenty of sitting room for waiting. Appointment was performed on time, as well.
Warning to owner or head manager! Your customer service is very disgusting never puted a bad review for medical place in my life! Please educate and fire an black women there in her 40s 50s sooo rude! Please set down and look on how she serves ppl and ppl reaction of anger and depression! Please set her at the back to do paper work! She should interact with living!

Multiple times we’ve shown up and the location has been changed by their central booking without anyone bothering to call us. Just make sure you bring your requisition form with the original date and location and the staff at this location are really good about squeezing you in. Only giving two stars because the staff/manager were so helpful.
Today (Saturday) we got a call confirming an appointment and again the location had been switched, so my wife asked to change it and the staff member forwarded the call to the bookings department. She waited on hold for a while before realizing the booking department is not even open Saturdays. Something to be aware of so you don’t waste a bunch of time sitting on hold.
Otherwise, nice facilities and good quality images (or so the Dr says).

From the get-go, it’s clear that the staff is more into the turn-and-burn approach, rather than actually caring about patients. You’re a line item on their daily billing, not a person.
This is clear right when you go in from the multitude of waiting areas and the fact that some of the diagnostic room types number into the double digits.
If you don’t have to go here, don’t. Find a smaller clinic like Windermere.
If you do have to go here, enter with low expectations and you probably won’t be disappointed.but no promises.
Amy is super friendly and knowledgeable, excellent attitude young lady who provided one of the best experience we had over the years. Bravo Amy. I am very glad my daughter looks like my lovely wife.edited on Jan 14.clearly their staffs are not trained by the same instructor.last time Amy was a total 5 star and today our experience was only worth 1 star.she was very impatient, didn't want to explain anything and rushed everything through, did not offer any images nor any advise.for today's experience I can only giVe 1 star.sorry Amy, you are 5, but today's another girl only worth 1.
I have been here a couple of times and I must say the technicians were very friendly and professional. The only negative I have about this place is the attitude of the front desk staffs. They can do more to make your stay there memorable.
At least courtesy demand that when someone greets you that you respond before even proceeding with other questions.
It's frustrating when pregnant women WITH an appointment have to wait 30 minutes! For their ultrasound because priority has been given to walk-ins. Absolutely ridiculous!
Just to add to all of this - Central booking is supposed to work until 7: 30 pm, and yet it's impossible to contact them after 4: 00pm.
A modern facility, with beautiful design and lighting. Very friendly staff, especially Tracy, who went out of her way to make our first experience here very comfortable.
