Friendly staff, clean facility. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. An excellent bakery downstairs for an after appointment treat!

I was assisted by Allison on my ultrasound and she was just amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was very helpful and clear with all the instructions that I needed to do. The receptionist is also very welcoming and the ambiance of the clinic is top notch. Thanks to all the staff for their service.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The Doctor took the time to explain the procedure and he also answered my questions.

Even though I was running a few minutes late after going to the wrong location first, the staff were friendly and I was able to get in for my appointment without too much of a wait.

I was very impress on how quickly they called ny name ealier than my appointment time and how nice and kind the staff are and on top of that i never pay for parking just registered it at the front desk.

Was reminded several different ways (phone call, text) to ensure I arrive 10-15 minutes early for my appointment this morning. Appointment was at 7: 30am, arrived 7: 20. Tried the door twice, was still locked. Was then yelled at very aggressively by the receptionist “we’re not open”. The hours on the door said they opened at 8: 00. I stated I had an appointment for 7: 30 and was rudely replied to by the receptionist again yelling “Ya, 7: 30! ”. Very unprofessional conduct in a healthcare setting, when I was trying to be respectful of their request for me to arrive early. Ultrasound tech was great and friendly, no complaints there.

I was thrilled with the complete promptness of this clinic. It exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That's almost unheard of in this day and age. You hear so many horror stories of wait times but that was far far far from my experience. Keep up the prompt service. Great, friendly staff.

Only disappointment is that Century Place is no longer available for cortisone shots. It's only minutes away instead of having to travel further. I've had my shots there for over 5 - 6 years.

A recepcionist call Janet was very rude, I was not wearing a mask, because I did not have one, she asked me in a very rude way if Did I mind to wear one? I did not appreciate her attitude or tone, then she threww back at me the health card of my daughter, very rude, prepotent and lack of manners. My first and last timeI will use this location.

I visited MIC in Tawa centre and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and made the environment feel stress free. I was pleasantly surprised I’ve been to other MIC but this one the staff was kind, and courteous.

I have been to MIC at Tawa Centre many times and always find the staff very friendly and professional. I would absolutely suggest family and friends visit this location.

Got some of the worst news of my life here and we were told in such an insensitive way. The doctor on staff was flippant and rude while I was bawling my eyes out. I honestly can’t imagine ever stepping foot in this place ever again.

Front staff especially this particular girl working on Feb 23/22 at 9am was very rude. I then noticed she was rude to other patients as well, the girl who was wearing glasses sitting right next to her seemed nice and probably was on Training or smthing. I think places like MIC front staff should be very helpful as the client's are usually patients so they don't know what someone is going through.

Very poor service ladies at the front desk were very rude, served a guy behind me first but my daughter and I were there first. The lady that took my daughters X ray was unfriendly and not patient. Kept on insisting that my daughter put on a mask, but had told her 2 times that she had autism. Not good at all, not going back. Will try Windemere.

On my most recent visit here I forgot to bring my requisition form. The receptionist was incredibly patient and helped me to resolve the situation, which was no easy task.
I have been to this location on numerous occasions lately and have found ALL of the staff to very positive, friendly and professional.

Very impressed with the customer service here. I had gone to the wrong clinic and though they were busy they worked to allow me to go to my appointment even though it was my fault for being late. They were incredibly kind and hard working. Highly recommend choosing this clinic!

Was in the office for a total of about 30 mins. The reception staff made me feel very welcome immediately, despite me forgetting my mask (they have extras). Very quickly brought into the ultrasound room and with a tech who was very polite and had fantastic bedside manner. Clean, bright, modern office, lovely staff. 10/10 will visit again (when necessary).

Nothing good to say about the office or the ultrasound techs. They don't seem to know what they're doing. They said wait in your car we'll call you when ready then they expect you to stand around and wait for half an hour with a full bladder. Inaccurate measurements and terrible pictures. Very disappointed with the lack of skill and consideration in this clinic.

Edit: I gave the clinic another try because it's such a convenient location for me. However I've continued to be disappointed. I received no information beforehand that they would have paid for my parking and the lady at the front was very rude about it. Also the other MIC clinics usually always call to give you instructions when they confirm the appointment but nobody did this and I had to look online for it myself at the last minute.

The staff were very friendly and prompt. I told the receptionist that I had another appointment in an hour and they made sure to get me in and out fast so I didn't miss my next appointment. Parking was also paid for (just give them your plate #).

This is the only clinic I will go to for pain management injections. Every staff member I have encountered is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and appointments are on time. I did try another MIC clinic but chose not to go back there because I did not feel as comfortable as I do at Tawa.

We attended MIC Medical Imaging at the Tawa Centre today and their offices were really clean and the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.   While the parking lot is very busy and has a charge for using the lot, MIC paid for our parking. Additional office space for rent is available in the building complex. Construction is ongoing so access/parking is currently limited and there is a detour with signs to access the lot.   There are many other businesses in this same complex, like Dynalife labs, Classic Cuts Barber and Hair Place, Pharmasave and Covenant Health Family Dental.   I wouldn't hesitate to go to this location.

DONT Vist this place if you have plans after your appointment. What's the point of appointment if you guys let people wait for hours after the booked time slot? A Lot of us have plans and work to attend and if you can't honor the time slot we booked don't bother taking appointments

Had a good experience until my most recent appointment where I was delayed over half an hour due to system issues. However, the technician and reception stff worked together to get me rescheduled and updated, I appreciate that.

Had an amazing experience at this MIC Medical Imaging location! I was called in on time for my appointment, did not wait at all! The place was clean and the staff were amazing, especially Marybel (I’m not sure what the correct spelling of her name is) and Dan who did my ultrasound. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. They both displayed exceptional professionalism, I also appreciated how they made sure that I was comfortable and tried to take my mind off of the exam as I was getting a little bit anxious. So thank you very much Marybel and Dan!

Took my mom here for her chest x-ray. The receptionist was nice and the technician was Professional + patient with my disabled mom. Thank you

Definitely has very long wait times for appointments.which seem much longer with a full bladder. Ultrasound techs don’t care much to give you a nice picture, but they’re also there to check more important things, and it’s usually very rushed. However, the staff is usually pretty helpful and understanding when frustrated about having to hold your bladder. They know what they’re doing so if you can wait a little longer and let them do what they need then this location is perfect. Also lots of communication for Covid via text, then phone call so you know when to go in is nice!

Staff are so so rude arrogant and not helpful they don't know how talk with patients
please my advice give them a proper training to how talk politely with people

Always on time. Efficient check-in process especially during covid times. All the ultrasound techs have been amazing as well!

The other reviews made me nervous to go to this location but I had a very good experience! It was good on time and thorough and I even had a student tech!

Had a bone scan today, great service by Mr. Greg.
He explain to me the procedure, he's helpful and friendly.

Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment at 9: 15 they started almost at 10: 00am. What’s the fun of making an appointment if you gonna make patients wait for hours. I suggest to go somewhere else than MIC Tawa center.

About as good of an experience one can have going to the doctor. The service was good and the people working there were very attentive.

Awesome clinic. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. I am kind of a hypochondriac and went in for an exam on my heart. The wait time was a little long but every clinic I have been to is like that here in Canada. The exam itself took a about an hour which I do not mind considering I wanted this exam to be done properly. The technologist that performed the exam was very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions making the whole process a lot smoother. A great experience overall but it was made even better knowing I didn't have any heart complications. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Best I've had

Wait time is unbelievably LONG. No communication from staff about wait time. They are rude and unsympathetic to pregnant ladies who have FULL bladders for ultrasounds. NEVER EVER book here you will regret it. Worst MIC I have ever been to.
