Extremely unprofessional Id rather die of my problem there supposed to be helping me with then deal with there staff. If you want actual help go to insight. Update, I came back in for the rescheduled appointment at 9am on January 9th and go figure something wasn’t filled out on the paper they needed so here I am, had to book work off twice for nothing I had an appointment booked for 2: 45 on January 4th I called the day prior and asked what I would need to bring In and they advised me just my health care card and drivers license. I showed up early and waited 20 minutes before they told me I would have to rebook because there wasn’t time cause they couldn’t locate a form I didn’t bring despite me asking prior if it was needed. I had to take time off of work for nothing and still have yet to get my scan, thanks.

Great staff, not too long waiting (only about 20 minutes). Very clean and lots of sanitizing stations. Parking is available in the back but not a big parking area.

I have three requisitions from my Doctor for your services. However due to pre-existing issues, I would like to talk to a staff member prior to booking these procedure but so far no one has responded to messages or faxes that I have sent.

Came here for a pelvic ultrasound appointment. All staff was extremely welcoming and kind. My ultrasound technician was professional and patient, talking me through the entire EV ultrasound process, ensuring that I was comfortable as it was my first time undergoing such a test. Very pleasant experience in a clean and convenient location.

Very efficient and polite service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everybody was nice, and I got the results within an hour.

Statfs are friendly, professional. The best we ever been treated elsewhere. Highly recommended

The clinic was very clean and the girls upfront were friendly and professional. I was checked in and in the ultrasound room within 10 minutes.

My ultrasound tech I found was a bit dismissive of my injury from what he was seeing or not seeing. It seemed I inconvenienced him by asking about the pain traveling to my biceps to forearms and if that needs to be looked at.

I'm just going off comparison from a different clinic I had an ultrasound done 8 months back for the same reason.

I was there because the pain since had intensified.

The other clinics tech was very thorough during the ultrasound and answered all my questions with ease.

I was definitely made to realize how much the standard and attention of service can vary between different technicians.

Doctor and staff were terrific very helpful and caring
Doctor was exceptional explained procedure throughly and noticed immediately when I had slight discomfort and added more freezing to help

I appreciated all their efforts to make me feel comfortable during an ultrasound. Everything about the environment and the ultrasound tech was professional, compassionate, and patient-focused.

I had a great experience the lady (I forgot to ask her name) who did my Pelvic UTZ today March 28 at 8am Rm. 11 was amazing, she explained the procedure thoroughly, very gentle making sure I’m comfortable. Clinic is clean, and staffs are friendly.

Was in and out in no time so not made late for work. Experienced little to no pain during procedure! Thank you for suggesting that I come 20 minutes early.

I have a history of chronic pain throughout my spine, shoulders, SI joints and my knees. My spinal injections are fairly painful but they’re tolerable. I get my family doctor to do my knees, and I have yet to do my shoulders. My SI joints are another story altogether. Wow, those can be painful! The very first ones I had done we’re done at Insight Medical Imaging, the next ones were through you guys, and I am sad to say that both of those were very very painful… almost to the point of me refusing to ever have them done again. I hate to say it, but the ones from you were worse than the first ones! My doctor said to give you guys another chance so I did. The radiologist I was seen by was Dr. Paul Benvenuto. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for him I would never get those injections again! He made it nearly painless! I have extreme anxiety when I was booking this last one because I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get Dr. Benvenito. I had to cancel an appointment Because it was not with him. I had such a fear of letting anyone else to attempt that injection, that I was literally crying on the phone as I booked, cancelled, rebooked, cancelled and finally booked a final time with Dr. Benvenuto. The weather made me late for my appointment the other day, and thankfully even though I was like 20 minutes late and Dr. Benvenuto was done for the day, he was still around. It ended up that he wasn’t going to be the one doing my procedure, but I asked one of the technicians to please see if he’d reconsider. The other radiologist ended up only being there to observe. If Dr. Benvenuto had not been there, I would have left and had to postpone my pain management injections yet again. I know you guys don’t usually let people book with specific radiologists, but that is something I believe you need to change! I’ve had varying levels of success with pain caused by the injections that I get throughout my body. Any most cases whatever Dr. I get will be fine, but when it comes to my SI joints, I will never let another person touch me but Dr. Paul Benvenuto ever again. I had to wait in total an extra two months to be able to see him. It was well worth the wait! Thank you very much. And if Dr. Benvenuto will end up reading this review, please let him know how grateful and lucky I felt to have someone as empathetic, patient, kind and understanding as him performing a procedure that I fear getting. He is definitely a godsend!

I went for pain management/ joint injection to the clinic on Gateway yesterday morning. The lady at the reception was on her own due to kinda lack of coworker’s in that area at this moment. But even because of this little disadvantage she was handling with, she did an awesome calm and professional job! She got everything sorted out fast and rolling. Awesome experience. Very soon I got X-Rays done and the injection afterwards. All people I dealt with were super professional, polite and helpful. The gentleman who took the X- Rays explained everything and handled the whole process professionally and was super polite. The person how injected the medication in my back was also very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I don’t know if it was a nurse or doctor or medical technician but it doesn’t matter, it was a good person doing an excellent job. Thanks to the whole clinic team I dealt with, my experience at your place is excellent! If I need a procedure like this again, I will go there again for sure! I would give 6 stars if that would be possible! Thank you.

Made me wait an hour with a full bladder. Then the tech rushed the ultrasound. Will not go back here again.

Parking is scarce at this location and make you wait ONE HOUR to call you in for an ultrasound! What is the point of following instructions to fill bladder 60 mins before appointment when they make you wait ONE HOUR anyway!? Then the monitor in the room wasn't working and had to wait again to have someone fix it!
Then the tech rushed through the ultrasound because they were closing! No, Not the first time this happened at this location! Don't go to this place! Go somewhere else!

I called and was able to get in the same day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The physician was very friendly and explained the procedure fully. He further told me everything he was doing, why it was being done and what I might feel at every step. I appreciated that. The Gateway MIC gets 5 stars!

I had an appointment today and found the reception staff very friendly. My ultrasound technician Dana was very professional kind and friendly.

Waiting time is very long, my appointment supposed to be @9am but I got seen at 9: 45am not advise anyone to come to this location. Service is very poor, will never come back again

I had 32 week ultrasound and I went there first time stacy did my ultrasound sound and she was very positive. I came back home with very much excitement to see pictures of baby's with my husband.when my husband came from work I tried 25 to 40 mins to see if we can see any pics them came to know there is no pics uploaded understandable they are just new open. I called next morning they by mistake pictures didn't loaded in CD. I went back to grave a new cd and again we were very excited to our baby's pics. Again just that CD is saying no disc all others working
Very disappointed. I will try not to go there back if I have to I will check the CD first then I will leave there place
