Very efficient I.e
minimal waiting time, quick test procedures even though need for second test identified once first test completed. All staff were friendly, and supportive during test admin. Results provided to me soon after tests completed.no waiting or worrying. Facilities were clean and well appointed.

I had an ultrasound on a body part that I felt very uncomfortable about. The tech that looked after me was amazing. She treated me with great dignity and respect. She made me feel at ease and was incredibly professional. I mentioned the body part because of how uncomfortable I felt before I went there. The tech immediately put me at ease and I felt safe and dignified by her professionalism. In my opinion this place should get 10 stars. Cheers!

Unprofessional time management long times of waiting where I had to wait for 30 minutes to do a 15 minute X-ray not to mention their failure to mention that they had a scheduled service for the elevator where I insisted on having an elevator because I’m on a walker and I can’t put any weight on my left foot due to a hip surgery. I went up the elevator and went back down on the stairs hanging on the handles and on my husband

I had my 12 week ultrasound today (nuchal translucency testing) and I had such a great experience. I wish I could remember the sonographers name, she was amazing, made me feel so comfortable, was very informative and had a great personality. Thank you sooo much for this experience! I’ll remember it always!

Booking was easy on line. The appointment was booked in a timely manor. The staff was very cordial and the tech was very professional and friendly.

I had my ultrasound today at 7.45 am, forgot the name of the technician but she was awesome and so helpful. I have never seen anybody being so welcoming and helping like at other utlrasound clinics. Best place to get your diagnosis.

Went in for an ultrasound for my left breast to monitor a benign lump, every few years- so it’s not my first rodeo. I was sent to get a mammogram which I was not scheduled for and was not required for me (by my physician) because the lump cannot be seen at a mammogram. But the lady insisted and then told me after the painful mammogram that she can’t see the lump…umm that’s what I said! And then I had to wait 2 more hours for the ultrasound! I had to take time off work!

This was years ago before Covid and I’m still mad about this.

I’m only posting now because my partner’s mum was also forced to have a mammogram when it wasn’t her scheduled appointment (she was also scheduled for an ultrasound only). And she also ended up waiting for more than 2 hours.

They must get more money for mammograms!

I had an appointment yesterday at namao 160. The front staff was friendly and efficient. My wait was short. The young woman that did my mammogram was so friendly and personable. She made me feel comfortable immediately and made sure it was a good experience. She went above and beyond and I wish I got her name to write here. Thank you for being the wonderful technician you are.

The staff was rude to my wife on 13th September 2022. This is her third pregnancy and we have done USG from other places also. They never offer the pictures of the baby which you usually get at most of the USG places. We know the staffs name but I don’t want to post here.

I don't usually write reviews but I just wanted to mention the experience I had today for my 12 week obstetric ultrasound. I wish I could remember the name of my ultrasound tech, she was maybe in her late 40s/50, had a cat tattoo on her forearm. I just wanted to mention how wonderful she was, it was truly such a blessing to have her doing my ultrasound. Such a wonderful experience, this lady is amazing at her job! MIC is lucky to have her as an employee!

Clean clinic, but staff were not warm or welcoming, making it a hostile environment to be in.

*UPDATE*
Went for another ultrasound few months later and staff were a lot more welcoming this time. Tech even answered all my questions patiently which made the whole experience better!

The one lady at the front desk was very rude to my wife.and Made her cry. My wife is 8 months pregnant she does not deserve to be treated like that.

Brought my dad here for a ultrasound on his bladder and kidneys and everything went well. The facility is modern and easy to access and get around in. It’s clean and well lit. My dads ultrasound tech was friendly and courteous, she made him feel comfortable. The experience was good
