MIC Medical Imaging - Synergy Wellness Centre

My only complaint is the paid parking. It's only $2, but it's a pain and seems pointless

First time I have been there. It will be my preferred MIC going forward. From parking to the bright building. One stop shop!

Laura did my ultrasound and was amazing, I felt so comfortable and heard, she was personable and kind. Thank you Laura

What joke. 20 plus minutes on hold and no response. Called in with my friends phone, and they answered in 3 min. What a joke.

So grateful for Danielle and Natasha who gave
me a warmth welcome and an excellent explanation (that I needed to hear) about my mammogram and ultrasound. Danielle gave an extra mile and got me an appointment and help me even though she was occupied. Natasha was awesome explaining me everything I needed it to know. Thank you beautiful ladies for your beautiful service and for helping other women.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The facility was very clean.

After 35 min of waiting I asked if they forgot about me, receptionist answers very rudely, we will come to get you. I believe that they forgot about me. You have to pay for parking, they are not organized, people are frustrated…. No thank you. Never again.
