MIC Medical Imaging - Hys Medical Centre

I had to visit the clinic 2 days in a row. All of the staff and both radiologists were so amazing, friendly, helpful and supportive. I felt very well taken care of during a scary situation. I was actually teary thinking about how nice everyone was to me. The facility was very clean, I didn’t have to wait long and it was just a very positive experience overall

I have a pleasant experiencenice, clean, and respectful people treating people, for me that is the best for a company that provide health services. Besides is the one that provide me with the closest appointment availability.

The reception staff were very pleasant, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, the technician was professional during the procedure and also lovely to chat with. The procedure was mildly uncomfortable (ABUS) but the technician was as gentle as she could be and explained each step. By far the nicest MIC I've been to.

Receptionist went out of her way to call my Dr.as I didn't have the prescription for the test. Technician did not conduct unnecessary test, two were recommended - she informed me second is not needed in my case.

Always courteous and accommodating. Wait times are minimal. Both the mammography and ultrasound technicians are professional, experienced, and demonstrate great care in their craft.

The MIC Medical Imaging section at the Hys Medical Centre has very efficient, thorough and personable staff. I was greeted at the front reception and soon was escorted to each imaging room. The technicians explain the procedures as they are doing them and I felt quite confident in the whole process. I will return to the Centre for future tests.

Was here the other day. Had to have a mammogram and get xray of my whole spine. The staff here treated me very good. Thanks for making a stressful time more easy.

I was 15 minutes late and thought I would have to rebook, but they squeezed me in. I only waited 5 minutes and was taken back for my mammogram. The staff were great and the place was clean. I will be back.

I went in for a testicular ultrasound, and while the process of getting entered in for my appointment went well, the appointment itself did not.

An additional sonagrapher came in to assist the first in what I can only guess we're better images (they left me in the dark), and then the radiologist came in, and asked me own question about if my testicular position was like this on the past for me. He didn't clarify his concern or why there were now 3 puzzled looking staff on the room.

Also, I heard the only laughter I heard while in the room, after the first two sonographers left, and after all 3 left. No male laughter (the doctor was male) was heard, however. I was slightly
reluctant to go due to the nature of the ultrasound; I would be more-so in the future.

I arrived about half an hour early. I checked in and just sat down, and they took me in right away.
Staff were very pleasant, explained the procedure for my injection of cortisone. Took me to the x-ray room. The doctor was very prompt. He again went over the procedure did my injection and was asked several times by staff if I was doing OK. Doctor took time after to answer any questions that I had.
Very impressed.

The experience was organized, friendly, on time and great. Brenda was my technician and she was fabulous! Highly recommend.
Wish all of our Healthcare was thus organized and efficient!
