Michael sold our previous house. He quickly arranged professional photos, helped stage the house for sale and had great advice to sell that house. When it came to searching for our next home, Michael was a very prompt and responsive real estate agent with great knowledge of the neighbourhoods we were looking at. Michael was our realtor when we bought our Edmonton home back in 2013. And when it was time to leave Edmonton, he helped us selling the place this year.
When we bought our home, he spent the entire day with us showing us the city and different neighbourhoods with his insight into which kind of place to get (our first time buying). He made all the process very smooth and easy for us. With great attention to details we wouldn’t even notice (like giving us advice on needed renovations).
When selling our house, we had already moved out to Vancouver and he helped us by checking the place every once in a while to ensure it was presentable sor sale. At the moment of the sale we had a hiccup realizing the furnace company didn’t file the installation permit; as we weren’t in town, he went out of the way to contact the furnace company for us and helped us get the permit and the job finished so all the paperwork could be done properly.
This little details and many more are what will always make us remember how great service we got from him and his team.
