I've been in this location twice first I got my son's Christmas gift and second I got a birthday gift for my god daughter, Tamara is consistently helping and she is very professional she know what to offer you just tell her what you want and she will find the best item and best price for you. Quiet place very friendly staff. Highly recommended this place and look for Tamara

Went there to some shopping for a ring was greated my an associate. Little pushy and didn't listen to why I was visiting. When had a chance to speak wouldn't let me finish and assumed that I was looking for a ring for my girlfriend. When I finally told him it was for my boyfriend he right away became very unhelpful.

Wonderful experience at the store, my husband and I went in and Paulina helped us get everything we needed. She was very accommodating and kind, she made sure we got the best deal on our purchases. Overall great experience!

My mother purchased 2 rings, one for me and one for my sister, december of last year. My ring needed to be resized, so my mother left it there to be resized. They told her it would be ready by the middle to end of January. My mother went to pick up the ring and they said my ring was not yet resized and said they will just call my mother when its ready. I NEVER received any calls from them so my mom decided to call them and just to find out they didn’t resize it AT ALL. When she went back, they said it was because she never paid extra for it to be resized which they NEVER even mentioned to her before. Not only did they not mention it, but they were very rude to her when telling her. We decided to refund it and never go there again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone because of their abysmal customer service and I hope the manager reads this so they can restructure and strengthen their employees to have better customer service.

DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THIS PLACE!
If you value your time and energy, do yourself a favor and never ever buy anything from here specially online. I placed an order online, they sold my order to someone else, they promised me I can pick it up from another store no problem, I go to a different store, they make me wait 30 minutes and make me pay again for an item I had already paid for, I call this store back, talk to the manager, she keeps talking over me and does not even listen to what I have to say. Disaster-piece!

Very unprofessional the way this store works! I got a chain and with it a warranty, my chain broke and I sent it for repairing with my warranty when I got it back it was way shorter than it was so I went back to the store to ask them why the chain was shorter and their answer was that it wasn’t their fault no they couldn’t do anything.

Beautiful rings.too bad your company lost MY WEDDING RING

I am updating my review at this point. After very lengthy time frame of trying to come up with some sort of conclusion to replace my lost wedding ring we ultimately came to no conclusion. However, Justin did do some legwork to help me feel as if something was being done come out which it was because he did look extensively for my ring and even had the Canadian upper management look as well. My wedding ring was still lost oh, it was never found. I most definitely heartbroken still over it because it was the only thing I have my wedding as I had a shotgun wedding. It was the only thing that I had of my wedding day.

They still get no stars for losing my ring.the only reason that they are getting 3 stars is because Justin, the manager of the Chinook location was amazing to deal with and fix all the problems of the past managers

Uneducated staff. Quoted me $20 for a bracelet repair, charged me $60. There were no extra repairs other than what I originally requested; no reason to charge extra.

What a delightful location. Went in to look around and was helped by Shae. What a kind, generous and personable young lady. I enjoyed that she was interested in helping without being pushy or presumptuous. I didn't end up finding something quite yet as I'm just starting my Christmas shopping, but noted some styles I will likely be back to pick up later. Will definitely ask for Shae.

Hate to diss michael hill but this location is actually a joke.uneducated and rude staff, they like to actually make up policies that don’t exist just because they are either lazy or don’t know what they are doing. If you still want to purchase their beautiful jewelry do yourself a favour and check out market mall or cross iron location where the people are actually pleasant and you get the service you deserve

We've had a ton of problem with this store with regards to my wife's wedding rings. Excuses after excuses and nothing seems to get the attention it deserves. Currently trying to call to check the status of my wife's ring inspection as its been over a week now. The phone has been ringing now for about 20 minutes and they are simply not picking up, when they do, they immediately hang up, I would like to believe that this is simply technology causing some issues but with every other experience we've had here, its just not believable.

The store manager is terrible not to mention. Quite talented at rubbing a customer the wrong way.

I've given this store 2 stars simply because Donna at this store is beyond fantastic. She's the only person I would even remotely deal with.

I cannot remember her name but earlier this year, maybe in May 2019, a tall older woman with light red hair with a bob cut helped my husband and I pick out a beautiful diamond halo sapphire teardrop-cut ring. She was very patient, gave us space, wasn't pushy, was soft spoken, and very understanding about pricing. She still works there, as we saw her at Chinook Mall last month. I would highly recommend speaking with her for a great experience. She's a very nice lady. Thank you!

I was actually recommended this store by a friend, which is sad, because I was excited to buy an engagement ring from them. Specifically went to this store. I was not even acknowledged when I walked into the store. I stood there for a good 5 minutes without even a ‘hello’, or eye contact. Literally ignored. So I walked out, and that was that. I’m sorry the fancy old ladies who -looked- like they had lots of money to spend were their priorities.

Huge shout out to Shaista (Shay) for being so wonderful and helpful. We just wanted to browse options because we didn't see anything that popped out as "the one" for my hubby to be at any of the competitor jewelers. (And my guy has particular tastes!) After talking to us for a bit, Shay was able to narrow down our likes and dislikes and found us the perfect ring. She went over and beyond to help us with sizing, warranty, and she even ordered a ring in for him to try on, no strings attached. She was informative, educational, and personable. We ended up finding the perfect ring for him, a bridal band for myself, and a necklace for my momma bear who is my maid of honour. Very pleased with the whole experience. Shay is awesome and really knows her stuff with jewelry. The biggest pro was that she wasn't pushy or aggressive like some jewelry store associates tend to be. Even if we didn't decide to purchase anything today, I would go back and specifically ask for Shay for help with any future purchases. Which is awesome because years ago, this location was not very welcoming and I had quite a negative experience with a male employee. I am so excited for our items to arrive in store and thank you Shay for making this such a low stress, fun, and memorable experience. You da best!

Went in one time to clean my engagement ring at this location, met the manager Andy. He was a really cool guy and we chatted a little and looked around for some wedding band options, but decided we were going to buy later.

Second time I went there with my friends, a lady who works there kept side-eyeing us, giving us dirty looks. We are a young looking bunch, so we don't look like we have the money? So we should not be there? She kept giving us dirty looks throughout our whole time there, and it made us really uncomfortable. Then Andy came along and helped me with the wedding band for my fiancé again. I decided to buy it, since it was a good time, and Andy even gave me a discount. He deserves 5 stars, however the lady made it one star less. She stopped giving me looks after I purchased the ring, because apparently I did have money to buy something.
