Don't recommend here.
Manager is not good for communication. And he guaranteed a ring that was supposed to come 2-3weeks after I had ordered. But it came one and half months later.
I planned to engage before new year but he ruined everything.
And whenever I asked this trouble to the manager he said it was not his deal because of a company of the ring's issue.
Very uncomforted experience and customer service.
I will never go there again and I don't recommend others to go and order.

I would've given them 0 rating, if that was a choice. The crossiron manager and staff are the worst, never had this kind of experience with any other location. Just because of the manager at crossiron i am never gonna shop at Michael Hill ever.

They made us wait for almost 30mins even to come see us for our return. Then said can't take the returns.

Found this store quite pricey, but customer reps were fine, maybe good to visit when they have a sale, other jewelry stores more accessible as to cost

Matt is a legend. Go see him for all your jewelry needs. He helped me out so much especially with cost and finding the right jewelry. He made the transaction super easy too. Highly recommend.

The worst store to deal with and their manager and staff members. They tell you wrong information about their return policy to make a sale. Sold earrings to my husband stating he can bring it within 24 hours for a return or exchange if disliked when we took it back they are not doing the return as per their policy. Please don’t go to this store or any Michael hill they have bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Purchased a set for my wife day before Valentine’s Day a necklace with matching earrings spoke to the salesman said that the earrings you can’t return unless brought back to the store less then 24 hours ago because I didn’t want to purchase the earrings what if my wife didn’t like them but he reassured me that no problem went home wife didn’t like them came back next day and the manager Matt told me that no you can’t return them was told one thing by the salesman to get a sales done and another by the manager what a deceiving store will never shop there again or recommend anyone to go there don’t waste your money on these ppl they will lie to get a sales done! After speaking with Matt said he will have his regional manager give us a call we left the earrings with them haven’t got paid by them and still no call from the regional manager been a week and doesn’t seem like they care much about their customers!

I bought diamond rings from here. 2 times but always some issues came with Purchase. Abhi did help me a lot to solve my problems & financially I got what I want.
