Please do not waste your money with this company! It is crucial to be educated on the quality of diamond you are buying. They sell extremely low quality diamonds for an exceptionally high price.

It is best to do some research prior to shopping for a diamond. If you ask for the diamond specs and compare on the quality spectrum, you'd be surprised! I have had numerous headaches dealing with Michael Hill, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!

We have spent thousands of dollars over the years at Michael Hill. Never had an issue before. Yesterday was the worst customer service experience we have ever received. The sales person we were dealing with called me a liar about the cost of an item I had purchased in the past.she would not pull up our sales history to verify. Long story short, will never support their business in the future.

I only trust this store, we purchased recently at the Marlbouro mall branch, unfortunately they only provide us the receipt of the item but not the authentication certificate. Got a necklace with diamond, diamond earring, and 1 carat ring, all of them give us receipt only. Only in the Sunridge mall help us to fix all the mess of the Marlbouro mall branch. They provide us proper paper or certificates in each item that I purchased from the Marlbouro store. Debbie is the best agent, very professional, friendly and kind. I purchased again 1carat diamond necklace from them. I highly recommend this branch!
