Customer service here was terrible. We were poorly attended to this evening, especially by the 3 ladies at the door, one of whom asked what we wanted but didn’t bother to assist us, same as the young man at the back who pointed us to the same ladies. The whole scenario was screaming “I can’t breathe”. I won’t recommend if your skin has colour.

Ishita at wem was no help at all, no customer service skills, with that kind of service, I will never visit that store again.

NOW I recommend this store, I visited it on Dec 23/22. I had fabulous shopping experiences. The Sale lady (Rebeca) is so professional, WELCOMING, humble, passionate and generous. After I bought what I needed and left the store, I came back to buy a wallet forgot to buy. Rebeca welcomed me again, and helped me to find what I needed for the second time. Nevertheless, she offered me The $165 wallet as a promotion she included to my first purchase which It was almost 3 hours ago.
I have been in this location before but, this was the first time I have not been gagged by the cover! Thank you Rebeca (I hope I got your name spelled correctly) and happy new year

Excellent store crew. The lady store manager.was very attentive, and very efficient with store business protocols.

Manager here was extremely rude in her attitude and remarks. Shocking that she had the audacity to treat multiple customers that way while I was in there for less than 15 minutes.

Manager here is absolutely terrible. The sales staff was very kind and helpful but the manager's remarks, attitude, and looks were extremely rude and uncalled for. Not the kind of experience you expect or would want at any business - let alone a "luxury" retailer. I've seen multiple reviews on here calling out her behaviour and have heard from friends they avoid this location for the same experience with this manager regularly. AVOID.

I bought a bag for my wife and she didnt like it, so i took it back for an exchange.
Their staffs are very friendly. The store manager helped me with my exchange and she's super cool and nice. It took me some time to locate the receipt in my email but she's very patient, and recommended a very lovely bag which my wife likes very much. Will definitely shop here again.

Love their purses and watches! I've ordered several watches online and every time I have brought them into the store to have them properly size. The customer service has always been great! I would definitely recommend this location! Also, they offer a monogram service for select products

Much appreciated! Went in to by my friend a shirt, and the assistant manager Caitlin was a tremendous help. Told her my budget and without judgement she found me exactly what I was looking for. Went in a second time months later and received great service from Lilly. Friendly staff and definitely would recommend.
