Iam so mad and unhappy from these branch, I was at the branch and ask about bag for my wife birthday, the seller there said it’s take 3: 5 business days, and she helps me to make the online order,
The bag come after 12 days and i missed to give my wife present in her birthday,
Not recommend these branch

Kelly, me and my friend highly appreciated your help. The customer service was way beyond my expectations. She was so pleasant and patient, spending so much time showing us multiple handbags without rushing and pressuring us. It was one of the best customer service experiences we have had in ages. Would recommend checking this store out and we will definitely be back in the near future!

Went in to get a watch sized
First time in the store
When I asked the person what a couple of buttons were for and how to use them on my new watch, she replied that she didn't think they did anything and were just for show but I'd I wanted to know I could go to the Michael Kors web site and find out.
I was shocked at the Canadian Tire type response I received from a store that would like you to believe that it is upscale
Nothing upscale about Michael Kors at the Southgate location except for the pricing
My first time experience was less than positive

I saw this beautiful purse took it to the sales rep and told her I wanted to buy it. She took the display bag to the back and instead of giving me a new packed purse she gave me the display purse and told me it was the last one. I felt wired about it and decided to go back and she was removing the inside tissue and was placing g the new purse on shelf. I was greatly upset and asked why she told me it was new from the back. I asked her why there was no wrapping or tissue in my purse all said was that she had to go for her break and I would have to talk to manger for return?

My girlfriend bought a purse, an hour later decided she wanted a more expensive one so we went to exchange it. The one girl said no exchanges or returns on boxing day or the 27th - fair enough although i’d imagine the policy is so they can run customers through quickly and there was no one at the till. I pointed this out and the tall guy by the door said ‘they just bought it an hour ago’ and probably also noticed there was no one at the till so encouraged the girl to accomodate us.
She went to the back of the store to get the more expensive purse (yes we were spending more money) but then another girl came from the back to remind us in a very snarky manner of the policy. (still no one at the till)
I asked to speak to the manager, after 5 minutes the ‘manager’ came out and again explained the policy to which I replied there is still no one at the till and we are spending more money at which point she said she wouldnt do it because of how I was talking! Didnt like me pointing out the obvious that they have ten staff members working, there is no one at the till buying anything and I wanted to give them more money and that the assistant manager (who is very good and clearly should be made the manager) said it was okay.

Wanted to get a purse that was shown in stock on website. Their staff told me it's on hold for one of their other staff members. Nice to know they care more about themselves over customers. Pathetic and selfish employees.

Update: called West Ed to put the purse on hold there and when I asked about staff holds, they informed me that staff aren't permitted to hold items if a customer wants it.

I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I went to MK, south gate mall, Edmonton today for returning one box of shoe. The lady named Caylle. R (I am not sure I spell correct?) she did fantastic return service to me.she was very patient and solved my issue perfectly. I would like to give her 10/10. Excellent job! I will come back to see her once I had an chance.

Worst customer service experience at South Gate mall location. I bought boots from that location. I went to return it but they didn’t return it saying it is not on saleable condition. I never worn that boots and I didn’t notice the dust on the bottom of the boots when I bought and that’s the reason they didn’t accept to return it. I will never go to this store and I don’t recommend anyone to go there.
