This review is for their online service - my wife has spent hours on the phone with them trying to get her gift card refunded when an error in their system charged the card but didn’t register her purchase. Terrible service for a “luxury” brand. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy.

Customer service could improve and make me comfortable to buy anything from their store

A huge thank you to the lovely Donna Delaney, my realtor, for hosting an incredible client appreciation event at Michael Kors last evening, November 30th. Donna, you excel in everything you strive to do, from interacting with the customers, and ensuring the evening was perfect, from the beautiful array of appetizers, champagne, as well as the gorgeous display of purses shoes, clothes, etc.in such a gorgeous store. Also, a shout out to adorable, Alyana, a memer of Donna's team who assisted me in choosing certain item, because when I first approached her, thought she was an employee, and therfore asked for her comments on certain items. The very helpful and personable sales staff, Alison, Shealyn and Angela are to be commended for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond the extra mile to ensure their clients received the best value for money spent. I would highly recommend this well designed, ambient boutique in Chinook Mall to everyone as these ladies are a credit to their professions.
