One of the worse customer service ever encountered! Staff was extremely rude and unappreciative of business they were getting from their customers… we were there to exchange a bag for my wife and we were met with hostility due to a mere fact that my wife didn't bring the the plastic see thru bag the bag was sold, since she removed it n threw it away as it wasnt on her mind to save a plastic cover …. But when she exchanged it for a different bag they removed the plastic cover from that new bag n kelt it for the old one she exchanged …the staff kept on telling my wife that how it was such a big deal that the bag being returned wasnt in its original plastic covering just mind boggled n dumbfounded as to why a company would have such policies and why staff would show such hostility…. Never ever MK never ever

2 weeks ago, I visited the store with my kids and nephew. We were just window shopping but we offered awesome customer service as soon as we walked into the store. Help was offered right away. I cannot remember the associates name but we were never disrespected or treated in a rude. Even though my kid was running around. The staff was super understanding, pleasant and patient with me and my little minions. We didn't end up buying anything but the fact that I was not rudely denied was a positive in my books. A little bit of awesome customer service makes me want to shop at this store all the time and highly recommend it my family and friends.

Manager Ceel.e. N I think her name around 7: 45pm front.very rude and unprofessional doesn't gone thru customer service training or doesn't know how to talk to people. I work for customer service for 11 years and her behaviour was unacceptable. After this experience I will never ever visit Michael Kors Store. So my wife went for shopping and I waited outside until she finish choosing the item she is purchasing. Store wasn't full just 50% full.this manager suddenly close the rope and told everyone to be in line. There was a women in her 70's to which she talked very rudly saying she should stay back inside the rope and didn't allow to enter store with her family because according to her store was full capacity. Then my wife came back asking for me to come inside so she can show me what purse she choose.it was Christmas gift for her from me.this manager didn't allowed me to enter saying that I have to be in line.she can't let me enter the store because it will be unfair for other people. I was just going to pay for that purse. I wasn't going for shopping.and my wife was inside the store. Then my wife requested that can she show me from outside how the purse look and then she can buy.for that manager said you guys can switch.she can go out and you can come in.but she willn't allow both of us the store.just a.person.no manners.r*** behaviour should be fired right away from this store. You guys will lose customer everyday and I am telling all my friends and family the bad experience I had because of her. I will NEVER EVER VISIT Michael Kors Store in my life
You guys treat customers so bad.you guys don't deserve good customers. Just be there with your Store and your merchendise.there will be NO customer coming because of this kind of behaviour towards customers

I bought a bag at this store but there customer service is so bad i wanted to do an exchange the person who helped me was saleen idk if thats her real name she said she was the store manager and gave me a very hard time when trying to exchange the bag for another bag which was the same price i purchased the bag only couple days before its unopened still sealed she told us to leave cause she needed to help other customers worst experience ever wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from here

I love shopping here in MK outlet @ cross iron, always got a great deal! Though some items you may find online isn’t available in store, but employees there will tell u right away which store has it.

Visited Mk outlet at crossiron today with my friends to do our shopping list. We asked the manager Ceeleen for black Friday deals they have. And we then ask if there’s additional discount on top of those discounted price. But instead of politely saying that deals on black friday with additional discount was done yesterday. But She told us that deals for black friday was done on friday and today is Saturday. Sounds rude and unprofessional, I don’t think that this manager undergone professional training in customer service the way she responded to us.conversation didn’t end there, in a professional manner. But despite of this poor and bad behaviour we experienced we continue ourshopping. Bought three shoes and two purses. After less than an hour i went back to exchange the size of my shoes to bigger size because it’s a bit tight for me. But my frustrations continued, when i go to the cashier to exchange the size for my shoes the cashier who are helping me suddenly helps other customer in the middle of our transaction and leaveme without saying anything, when she gets back to me she can’t find my receipt. So 10 minutes I’m still waiting for her to figure it out how she can do the transaction while she’s still looking for the receipt. She then ask two cashiers to help her but non of them know how to do it so she ended up calling ceeleen. Another 5 minutes I’m waiting.despite of having poor services due negligence no apologies was said and done on their behalf. So instead of waiting and wasting more time i just decided to return everything I purchase since I don’t feel that they value a customer and understands how to deal situations like this. I used to order online at MK and today was my first and last time visiting this store until they improve their customer service skills.

Today nov 03 at 6: 40 pm i purchased a bag from this location and was treated with utter rudeness from their employee Salina/Celina. All i asked was for a brand new packaged bag and not one from display and this lady started misbehaving with me had no essence of customer service! She was insisting i buy what she brings to me and asked me if i am ever gonna open this bag or not! This should not be her concern as she is there to help customers! Highly disappointed with her treatment towards customers!

I went to return the watch we bought for my mom which is stop working.cant connect to phone thru bluetooth.there was two cashier one was keep on saying
She cant take it back because one month is over.and she has no customer service knowledge and want to turn us down saying if watch is working mean its not manufacture error.
Thats what she said.
But there is other casher said she will go get the manager.
Manéger came her name is Maria very understanding and she did return the item since it have one year warranty.
I would recommend anyone if you ever have a issue its better to ask for manager who understand than arguing with a cashier who doesn’t know what to do.

Super rude staff and being so ridiculous. The girl was super rude to tell us to come back next day morning, as they will be closing soon. We feel like we get kicked out given the fact that there is a long line at cashier, and it's 5' to 6pm. Sorry, i'm not gonna waste my time to come back to your store next day, and not gonna spend money here. Ridiculous customer service. Where is the management here for the store? Please go train your staff what is customer service and accomodation to their needs before putting them to the floor.
