I love Micheals but I went there to buy my usual blingy lanyard and zippy keychain but they dropped that line.so they have nothing like that anymore ️️

Fairly good craft store. Kinds expensive for a lot of things you can get at the dollar store same quality but otherwise it's nice. Sometimes very dirty sometimes clean. Hit or miss regardless of season

I do not write reviews normally as I appreciate retail staff have to work with people who are not always easy to deal with. I have been visiting this store for years and my experience October 10/21 will prevent me from ever returning again. All staff I spoke to were dismissive and/or rude. I went to buy a Christmas tree and asked for info on how big the box was so that I could determine if it would fit in my vehicle. First person I asked said she will check and walked directly to cashier station to start cashing… (?). I decided best to buy it first so asked my cashier if it doesn’t fit in the vehicle, would they be able to hold it there until I came back with a larger vehicle the next day. I was told “no, this is a store, we can’t store items for customers”. I purchased anyway to take my chances. 3rd staff member brought the tree up to the till and placed it on the floor. Huge box was a bit beat up, I asked if I was getting a returned tree and was told no, he told me the box was not damaged…He did not offer to help take it to the vehicle for me or place it in a cart so I could wheel it out myself, he just walked away.
Although I love Michael’s, I will not visit the Terra Losa location again.
I give 1 star to acknowledge that the product was available. Zero stars for shopping experience.

I like to go get crafts for my interests but have found since the COVID-19 that things they keep in stock have now changed. If you like picture frames or floral items then this is the place.

Always a great store. Not much selection this time in but perhaps it's a problem with suppliers? Staff have always been helpful and nice. Still one of my favourite stops for craft supplies.

Always love hitting up a Michael's store. They had our 2 favorite seasons on display. Halloween and Christmas. Always weird seeing those 2 side by side in any store.
As per usual (for myself at least!) I left with way more then I went in for. Shrug. I think that is every crafter's 'curse'! Ha!

I've been coming here for the past 6 years and I have never had a bad experience. The associates actually ask you if you need any help and are happy to assist. The store itself usually has more stock than the other locations.

I had very recently had to put my dog down who was part of my life every day for the past 12 years so I was looking for those clay things to use for his paw prints as well as an ink pad and pieces of wood to ink his paw prints as well and they were very respectful and knew exactly what I needed and so awesome and very less expensive for me to be able to do that myself than to pay so much to the crematorium and have them do it as well so much more personal this way

If I could give them a negative review. I would. I picked up boxes for keepsakes, they were like Russian dolls, more boxes in boxes. Apparently they are sold individually instead of a set like advertised. Horrible service. The manager Mike was very rude. The cashier was very rude. Can't even look up a number properly

The store is always tidy and staff are always friendly. Only thing keeping it from 5* is that it doesn't always carry exactly what I need that I've seen at other Michael's stores.

Has a higher price point for a lot of things, but always has what I need. Make sure to look up coupons!

Went to the cashier and asked where my item was and if I could get help. I couldn't find anyone on the floor. Cashier proceeded to tell me that I should look in a certain area and if it wasn't there then they don't have it and I would have to wait for their delivery. Attitude from the first response. Never once did they offer help for me to find my item. Very rude and condescending. Older lady with glasses at the cashier. What happened to helping your customers?

Picked up an online order for my wife. Walked in the door expecting to have to wait in line with all the customers to pickup the order and was pleasantly surprised to find an employee standing next to an online order pickup sign. I gave her the order number and was promptly given the order. In-&-out the door in less than 2 minutes. The staff member I spoke with was very nice and courteous.

Christina and Ricki in the framing department are excellent to deal and work with. I have now had about 6 paintings framed there and have dealt with one or both each time. They are friendly, knowledgeable and personable; even with my wife when they call to say the frames are in or painting is ready for pick up. I would recommend having picture framing done by Ricki or Christina!

The ability to not do tap payments is an massive inconvience in 21st century when samsung pay and apple pay are more common. Even deserres takes tap payment which is worth pay extra little bit

Excellent selection of Knick knacks and craft supplies. Store is very clean and well organized. Lots of parking. You will have to wait outside during COVID but only for a minute

Good supply of things that we needed for our wedding invitations and gift boxes. It also helps they usually have 30 percent off coupons available online for you to use in-store.

Evey time I come here to collect me Purolator parcels I get stressed, mainly from the incompetence of the staff. One of the young ladies in the store was rude enough to retort sarcastic comments to me, rather than help me with a difficult situation. The store had me driving all over the city to find my parcels, as they said it was elsewhere, when they had it in the branch all the time.

Staff here are helpful.more than a few are very attractive to boot! All my art supplies from Michaels

Same old store not alot of seasonal items which is surprising, prices are higher then normal but the coupons every once in a while help

Always has something for each season and holiday. The prices are a little on the high end, but it's worth it.

Assistant manager here was amazing and bend over backwards helping me Everytime!

Great staff, very helpful and informative. I had a great experience with the manager. I had a bit of a complex situation and she completely handled it in the best n most professional way possible. I left the store happy and got exactly everything I came for with the help of the wonderful staff. I highly recommend anyone who isn't to sure about a crafty problem or idea to go there. They really know they're products.

Lots of things to see here, wish the bead section was as large as the south common location. Mostly clean and organized, which is a feat for a store this large. Theres herbalist a great Selection of crafting. The fall stuff was in full force when I went, like 7 isles of it.

It did not have a wide range of the item I went to get (glass beads) and its a pretty pricey art & craft store, to be honest.

When I needed supplies for my projects, Michaels would always have them. This has remained a constant from high school through university. This store specifically has dedicated and honest staff, they'll help you find what you need and if they're lacking it, the people are down to help find a substitute. I recently bought poster paper, paint markers, scissors, glue, and string for this art class. Yeah.
