Love this store. So many things with creativity flying all over that store I can't hrp but be completely engulfed by the isles. My only complaint I'd being followed around the store like I'm a thief when I'm not. It's not A very enjoyable experience when you can't ship without staff practically climbing on top of you

Walked around the store twice looking for an employee for help, ended up standing in line at the checkout, there was only 1 lady working, to ask for help. When I did find what I was looking for, went to checkout, and was greeted by the most unhappy, grumpy person working! I gave my phone number for a discount coupon, she got very impatient, scanned a coupon she had, and couldn’t get me out fast enough! I’ve been waiting for my survey, but none has come.

I went looking for a wreath hanger in July. Silly me. I looked in probably 5 other stores where I have bought ones in the past. But no luck. So, of course, I decided to ask Google. She's so smart. Michael's, dah, was the place to go because they sell Wreaths all year round-so of course they will have wreath hangers too. I saw a few and then ventured towards the lovely yellow signs-70% off. I bought two for $6.00. I'm a Happy girl!
I loved going into Michael's in the past. They have such wonderful colours, and seasonal items, yarn, paints, etc etc etc, for your crafty needs. Next time, I'm going to look in Michael's first.

Very organized. Staff are knowledgable and kind. From decorations to all my crafting ideas. Love to shop for the specials.

Michael's is way overpriced and their new policy on online coupons is not customer minded. Lots of great ideas on display.

Excellent staff. Brett went out of his way to explain the different machines we needed and how things work. He and the other staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

As usual Michaels is always a pleasure to go and shop in, I love their seasonal sections, so much to choose from. Cashiers were pleasant but they need to have more on because it took awhile to get through the line up.

So a woman named Jen, works there and is super quick on her short little legs.boy can she deak someone out when they have a question! I was almost in full trot trying to get a hand from her but nope.that little round athlete whipped through the aisles deflecting any chance of working period! I finally got the front desk girl to try and help and when she called to her as she slid past us, I think she thought she had activated a batgirl cloaking device or something and was undetectable so she just ignored her too. LOL AMAZING! This woman should work for CSIS as an agent! She'd be fantastic! Lol terrible service and didn't have the supplies I needed for my art project.

Big thank you to Abby at the Medicine Hat store for helping me figure out the best way to attach my son's medical alert tag to his paracord bracelet, a project I've been struggling to complete. She was patient, offered lots of options, and the idea we settled on worked like a charm!

Overwhelming selection as always, but unfortunately they were out of stock on the yarn my daughter needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a pleasant experience.

I do hobbies and got 30% off my paints. Lots of great specials on Summer items. Great place to shop and good service.

The inside of the store is kept clean, and there is hand sanitizer provided at the door. The staff are friendly and helpful (& masked) and the store always has a wide selection of seasonal and year round products. Even their sale racks have an abundance of choices! I always walk out with a purchase of some kind!

This is a really great craft store the prices are good stores well organized in the stores decently clean although are usually don’t get offered any assistance when I come in but it’s still a great place to shop

I always find something when I come here. Getting the coupons are a bonus and helps with some more of the pricey things.
