This is such a nice Michael's omg. So new and clean inside! The framing staff member is a particular standout - she's so nice and helpful and *patient* omg is she patient.

THE nicest Michaels I’ve ever been to. Tidy, clean, organized, and has so much more than any other Michaels I’ve been to. They even have a big section with Singer sewing machine supplies! I didn’t know my machine could have so many! The rude lady at Johnson’s told me my machine was “disposable” (so mean especially when it has sentimental value). Even the bathrooms are neat and well stocked. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful.

If you need a huge selection of art supplies, Michaels is the place to be. I recently enjoy paper quilling and I found lots of nice quality papers that were indeed perfect for shaping. Michaels also had frequent sales, which I like since I can buy other art products at lower price. There were also yarns perfect for crocheting.

Had items I was looking for; right where the website said they would be. Scanned coupon discounts for me.

Love this place! Always full of stock! Make sure to check their online website for coupons! Sometimes they even have a 50% off one item!

This is a review that reflects my experience with a Curbside Pickup Order…NOT happy! I ordered 3 containers of Clear Water Beads. 2 of the 3 containers had mild or algae or something growing in them. It was GROSS and VERY NOTICEABLY GREEN. There is absolutely NO possible way that the person assembling my order wouldn’t have noticed.

Friendly service a few ladies helped me find a product I phoned in about.
They even called a different store for me for the product that wasn't at their location.

I love the service on 17th, the chances I do get to go, I love the ideas they have for all my children, my own mental mind.
My oldest and even youngest love arts, specially with paints / tye dye or just neat new ideas of crafts.
My oldest has very low muscle tone, making her unable to move her muscles, the wide varieties/ clearance or their sales really help, as specifically when you are a medical momma in today's world as it is!

Staff are great here. Selection is a bit smaller than some of the other Michaels in the city but at the same time, sometimes this store has more of what I am looking for in stock compared to the other locations. Checkout lines are also shorter than other locations. Is a go to for the supplies needed for do it yourself wedding decorations.

Staff are great! Those I have encountered are pretty knowledgeable with the products along with their wide range of unique uses. One of the staff also introduced me to some new painting additives which open a whole new world of painting for me.

Helpful staff always around. Very organized makes it easy for me to get in and out quick and easy. Great deals to be had. Always use the Micheals app for coupons and to order online for curbside delivery.

Awesome! I looked in many other places for an item I needed, with no luck. The ladies in Michael's framing department were so helpful and helped me get what I needed to finish my project. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Had everything I was looking for and a lot more. Customer service was excellent. Was greeted when I walked in and was helped right away. The cashier when I was done told me about rewards and signed me up fast. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Upon entering the store, I was admiring the Halloween candles that look like xrays of ribs, brain, etc. I called out to 2 women in Michael's garb, in fact I called out 'excuse me' twice but they were too busy talking loudly right at the front entrance. I was going to ask one of them to reach a candle for me, but gave up. I finished shopping for the wool I came in for and left. The fact that the 2 clerks outright ignored me soured my entire day. I was told when I was paying that there was a survey to do, on the sales slip. There was none. Sadly, excellence in customer service does not exist at this store. But, at least I found what I came for.

They associates at this location were extremely helpful, upon entering I was asked what I was looking for I let them know I was in search of a mannequin head, one of the ladies actually walked me to the department and showed me where the product was. The checkout line was efficient I didn’t wait at all there was only 1 person ahead of me, although the store was busy (Saturday afternoon) fast easy and the associate wiped the counter down before and after each customer. Amazing overall experience thank you team!

Love the store and staffs, they been great to help me to look on what I need. With the mask on, I find it frustrating and yet I totally understand

Trying to get someone to assist you with what you need is like a game of Marco Polo.in the ocean.with sharks. Good thing there was another not far away that helped me as soon as we walked thru the doors

Sometimes supply is low but, they seem to restock. Otherwise the staff is so helpful. Especially Farra. She was knowledgeable on many questions I had.

One of the friendliest Michaels locations! I went there today and a couple people asked if I needed help finding anything because I looked very lost, one girl even noticed I was looking at scrapbooking stuff and pointed me to another area with even more stuff I might not have seen! Cashier was also very friendly! I'm happy to make this my regular Micheals for sure

It's a huge arts and crafts store! The only drawback is that it's so expensive. If you think you can find your item somewhere else, you probably should look. I saw the exact same item at the dollar store (for $1) and Michael's wanted $7 for it. Ridiculous!

Nice store, didn't have 1 item I needed but I can always drive a little further to another Michael's n get what I need.

Clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and polite. Bathrooms are available and are nice and clean.

They have a large selection of merchandise but no one to help you. Staff not very knowledgable in my experience. It still has a lot of useful merchandise and regular sales.

Had what I need but best of all they allow dogs and I was able to take my little guy on leash inside. Everyone was very sweet and smiled when they saw him. I really like shopping with my pup.

Staff were friendly and service was great. Returned one item with no hassles. Highly recommend this store.

Store was neat, clean and organized. All staff offered assistance, and the cashier was very friendly. Overall very pleasant experience.

Cheryl went above and beyond to help me get a specific wood sign that had been sold out or cracked at other stores. I got caught up in work all week and the next so I couldn't stop by and pick it up ever (if the shipment came in) BUT she still helped me out a lot and let me know when she was in so I could call and check. Very thoughtful and outgoing, give her a raise!

Great for all my craft needs! And they always have sales on what we needed at the time so it's bonus.

Took in a few frames today and got assistance from KYLA the sales associate at the tamarack location. She went above and beyond to help and was just a real pleasure to deal with. Can’t wait to pick up my order and bring in more frames for KYLA to help me with:) what great service. She needs a high five!
