Not many staff in various parts of the store to offer assistance, but they were quite friendly.

Store is great and staff was friendly. I also love the fact that you can now look up the item youre looking for in their website, and it tells you which aisle to find it in the store.

Easthills Michaels is our go to place for framing needs and have always had a great experience. A week ago we went in to have a 16x20 photo put into an antique frame. Stephanie, the framer on shift went over and above to make sure that our experience was positive. She is extremely knowledgable, friendly, professional, efficient, and caring! We can’t say enough great things about the service we received and we love the end result! Michaels is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee! I went to shop for the Christmas decorations and tree ornaments. I went in the Sunday after Black Friday. I got really good deals on tree ornaments I got one pack for $13.99 instead of $34.99.

Great store with lots of thing to choose. Not always easy to find a staff member if you have any questions though.

This door is always fun to get lost into it there's always good selections for whatever you're looking for staff is very helpful to help you find what you're looking for or if you have a project in mind there more then helpful to help you with that project or even come up with ideas for you I like but there are some classes there for all ages if you need something framed I highly recommend to go to this location because they go out of their way to make you happy for what you want my mom went and got some stuff frame there and they did a fabulous job and even if you're looking for a really good quality fair price for material this is the best location to go to they have something for every of occasion or every project you can think of
