This was a first class experience. Michelle took my call from out of province, mid afternoon. I needed to send flowers to a Calgary hospital and Michelle checked for the release date of the patient and rushed to get a beautiful bouquet to her that same afternoon.
Perfect.

Incredible service! Contacted via email late on a Sunday, knowing that the Monday was a holiday, desperately wanting to order a corsage for prom on the Tuesday! Michelle emailed and called me on the Monday even though the store was closed and made a custom corsage that coordinated beautifully with my daughter's dress. Thank you so much!

I started searching online to send a friend a bouquet for a special occasion. My web search pulled up the usual FTD, Canada Flowers, etc.and I went through page after page of pictures of their various offerings. I finally found one that looked like it would work and I proceeded to the "cart". Suddenly the price was higher and was confusing - like, what currency is this?

I then redid my search and found this LOCAL florist and picked up the phone to call. Michelle answered and I was able to speak to a real person! I told her what I wanted and what my budget was. In moments, I was done with the process. My order was last minute, but she was able to deliver within hours. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers and they exceeded my expectations.
