Worst experience I have ever been a part of in any customer service. Brought in my computer, told them what I needed exactly. Took them a week to finally order the part. Another 2 weeks go by (5days it took to ship) when I came to pick it up they said Nobody worked on it. I don't mind waiting it's a 20min job. Comes back saying they ordered the wrong part and they can't find what I told them to order in the first place. Wasted 3 weeks for nothing. ZERO STARS

Great staff and a surprising amount of stock, very clean and helpful staff.

Awesome experience with these guys. Were the only ones in town who knew what a serial cable was AND had multiple options in stock! If you need something specific and computer related in Grande Prairie these are your guys.

Friendly staff, a big empty store with a few box computers and a couple of items you could use to make your own system. I understand they also fix software issues, but their prices are not for the individual, more so for businesses.

Bought my previous computer from Micro Computers Plus and it served me well for 8 years. Just bought a new one and was so impressed with the staff and the great service! I highly recommend them!
