There are very few businesses and people as honest as this. This is top of the line customer service, reading several great reviews I gave it a shot just to ask some questions, everything was answered to the best of their abilities. Very informative, respectful, and personable too! I have no doubt in my mind that this will be the place to go for anything that I need. Thank you so much for all your help, 10 stars.

My old computer was acting up and I was getting very frustrated with it. I managed to make a connection with Dan from Microdyne Computer Services and would highly recommend using him for all you computer needs. He is highly skilled and really knows computers inside out, mine had so much malware and infections which he found. I was operating on windows 7 and it was time to get a new computer. He quickly and efficiently transferred data from my old machine onto the new one and locked it up securely. I had trouble getting Gmail to recover and so I went back and Dan was able to find what was needed to get it running again. He is very pleasant and courteous and aims to please, I guarantee you won't be left wanting.

I contacted the owner of the company, who was very friendly and helpful. He spent almost an hour and a half on the phone with me, answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice. He explained what skills and qualifications I need, what to expect from the job market, and how the field is evolving. He also shared with me some free online resources that have been very useful for my learning. He encouraged me to keep in touch with him and to reach out to him anytime I need more guidance or feedback. He was very supportive and inspiring, and he made me feel confident and motivated to pursue my goals.

I have a brain injury and I have so much trouble with memory and comprehension. I've had help from others, but Dan is DEFINITELY ONE OF A KIND!

He took the time to listen to what I would like to (make things easier for me) and fixed and cleaned things up for me.

I got him to add the EXTRA PROTECTION that he advertises on his site.

I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I, RECEIVED!

Dan is very honest and stands behind his work. Took my laptop in for hardening and a clean up and its so much faster now. He is a great guy to deal with and also has a pretty cute assistant (Thor) his dog.

Dan was pretty honest about my laptop. It wasn't turing on. It was an easy fix and didn't want to charge for it. His assistant "Thor" was very helpful too!

Dan was exceptional to work with, provided speedy service and came in under cost to what I was expecting for recovering my entire lifetime of photos and documents. I hope I never need to use his services again but should I or anyone else ever need recovery services or anything tech related he is your guy.

Dan has absolutely amazing customer service. He is one of the most honest business man I have ever met.

He is upfront about what to spend money on, and what not to. He will always ask what you want, how to properly go about it without wasting your money, and he will always do an honest and fair job at trying to achieve what you want without scamming you or ripping you off or just taking your money.

He always does his best to help you out, and will always communicate with you in a timely manner. Anytime I have a question, he always gets back to me and I respect the love he has for technology and I know he is a reliable source of information.
