The internet box works well. I use their device for remote work on my RV all across Canada and USA and I have never had an issue and always have internet where their is cell coverage! Dual SIM is nice, as I can pick provider when I move across the border.

Our experience with the products from Microhard has been pretty good,
the devices them selve work well and I haven''t had trouble getting tech support.

I would have given zero stars, but that doesn't seem to be possible. Shocking bad customer service. They just don't communicate. Normally you would think they would want to sell their products, but every attempt to continue with the order process has stalled - they just don't bother responding. Microhard certainly have good products, but it seems they want to keep them for themselves. If you want good customer service, go to MikroTik.

Hmmm. The name sounds familiar. I swear i've heard this before. Nevermind i'm just going to go back to playing games on Microsoft 11 soft- wait a minute! That's where i've heard this!
(Also i've never been to Canada all I know is Justin Trudaeu was made there)

Very bad customer service, don't help you regarding VPN configurations, goofy product.technical support guys talk with attitude and don't even look at real problems. Will not buy.

Good products for the most part at a reasonable price. Terrible customer service. I am a small customer, but I've heard the same complaint from customers that order 30 cellular modems at a time.
