I have kept basic car maintenance service with Midas for over a year. My Ford Maverick runs in good condition. Recently, I have changed one flat tire in Midas. Compared to another store, quote to request changing two tires, which each tire is a little low price. However, I still save for just changing one flat tire. I will say Madras do business honestly and do not compromise on safety.

These guys are the best they deserve 10 stars. The whole process was smooth, from ease of booking, getting explanation of the problem and providing an effective solution. Jay had been a delight to deal with, would definitely choose and send my friends and family here.

They got me in fast and tires were done when they said they would be ready. Bad experience at another place and these guys restored my confidence as a female getting work done. The only thing is I wasn’t given any info on warranty on my winter tires.

I had a transmission fluid flush a few months ago but unfortunately my car stalled later due to an error during service. I called Midas the next day and Jay immediately empathized with my frustration and got me in for a fix right away. After fixing the repair error the mechanic, Huy, did a test drive with me to make sure everything was running smoothly and I was handed my car back in great condition.

Jay also acknowledged their shop's mistake and informed me that the repair was covered under their warranty. He even offered me future credit for the towing costs I had to bear.

Recently, I had to get a new alignment and was able to redeem the credit offered by Jay, even though it had been months since my initial visit. The work done by Shahzad was fantastic and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Even if any issue arises in the future, I’m confident that they will provide excellent post-repair service.

Overall, I believe that customer service is key when it comes to car repairs, and Jay and his team at Midas Crowfoot exceeded my expectations. If you want your car repairs done right, go to Jay at Midas Crowfoot!

We had a great experience with our vehicle repair-we were told to replace a bunch of things suggested by a reputable place and we came here as they were nearer to us. Lucky for us they had a very transparent inspection process, and flow of things that we got to know in depth about our vehicle, also the so called failing parts by the previous reputable shop were not in bad shape. So we saved quite a bit of $$$$
Overall it was really pleasant and refreshing people to deal with here.

Staff all helped to get valve stems changed out on my 35” double bead tires, everyone stayed late on a Friday to help me on my way. What a great team! Jay, Shaun, Hal, Huy, and Ayden thank you for your efforts, much appreciated!

Took in my car for an oil change by appointment, came back two and half hours later at the time they said would be ready and they had not even touched my vehicle. This takes 20 minutes max to do, took my business elsewhere

I really appreciated the honesty here. I was told by another shop that I needed to have my tye rods done but I was skeptical so I came here. What do you know, tye rods were just fine. Big shout out to the guys working for helping to save me some money.

Simply one of the best shop experiences i’ve had in Northwest. Done couple of Services from Guy name Shaz. Highly recommend.

These guys absolutely kill it, We had a breakdown yesterday with warning lights all over the place, our driver brought it in at about 10am and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue before the end of the day. John and his team are fantastic, highly highly recommend them if you need repairs or maintenance completed. Great work, you guys truly keep our Vecova Bottle Pickup business on the road sometimes. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and friendly staff! They are new at Crowfoot replacing NAPA and from what I could experience they are highly recommended!

Didn't print me the estimated quotes when I went to pick up my car, called one after to ask to email me one, never received it. Went to someone else to fix my car.
