Probably one the best experiences we had in Jasper. We entered pool around sunset time so it was great to experience sunset.

My grandmother and aunt used to take a yearly trip to Miette in the fall and some combination of my brothers and I would often tag along. She passed away in 2021 due to cancer and last weekend was the first trip we took without her. At the end of the trip all I could think well at least Grandma didn't have to see that. They jacked up their prices, the pool is open for a shorter period of time now and they no longer do all day passes instead opting to charge you that higher price as many times as they can get away with. Great news though, if you buy a 3 use pass you can save a grand total of $4.50. Now you might think this would lead to them having more money to run the springs but you sure cant tell. They are understaffed and the locker rooms aren't any cleaner. To top it all off now due to the shorter window to enter the pool you get to stand in line for 30m-1hr before they empty your wallet at the front counter. Like everything the federal government touches in the last few years its gotten worse and more expensive. Save your time and money and sit in your bathtub with some Epsom salts and a picture of the mountains on your wall. There will be less leaves in the water.

September 19th/23
parking lot might have been 1/4 full at 2: 15pm, pools had reached max capacity, entry to pools was on stand by, as a group of 35 students were waiting for room to enter as a group,
It would have been nice if they would inform people what was going on.
Prices have doubled, and in the 25yrs Ive been going there Ive never waited in line, even when the parking lot is full
Save yourself the time and money and go to the rec centre

Love this place. Had gone there in 2022 as well. The changing rooms are huge, bathrooms are clean and nice. There are 4 pools with different water temperature. Two pools are warm and two are cold. The hot and cold alternating is an amazing experience! The views surrounding the hot springs are beautiful. Overall it's a great place and if you have time you should spend a good 2-3 hours there.
Ample parking available. Get there early or you'll have to wait in queue for a while

We did the walking trails which are really nice, especially the trail to the natural springs and original bath house. Was quite busy. There is a picnic area and the trails are dog-friendly. The pool didn’t open until 2: 00 pm and people were lined up to get in. Beautiful spot.

Such a beautiful spot to go to. It's very clean and organized. You just have to be patient while waiting to get in because there's quite a lot of people trying to get in.

Noticed employees being treated with the most disrespectful lateral violence, with informing staff "your replaceable". We noticed staff helping the guests and don't feel rite staying and hearing head staff demoralizing the staff. I will not stay here ever again.

I would have given it 5 stars but they were late opening up and there was over 40 people waiting to get in. By the time we got in, it was 20 minutes past opening. Beautiful spot and clean. Staff was friendly

We waited over an hour in line and once we got in it was very disappointing. The men's locker room was not clean and smelled bad. The pools were disgusting as well. It was hard to relax with all of the hair and bugs floating around. We quickly realized it was a huge mistake coming here and immediately left. Not sure we even made it 5 minutes in the pools. I'm not sure if there were other circumstances that attributed to the cleanliness of this place but I would caution anyone coming here

Waited an hour, which we thought was okay but was definitely not worth it once you get to the pools. I got the ick instantly. So much hair in the warm pools, they were gross. Not relaxing, so many people and kids. I’d go back if there was no wait, actual clean water to bathe in, and a whispering only policy.

Will never go here. They would not give my friend a family discount because she is a single mother, and instead charged her over 20$ more than she would've paid. Absolutely awful morals and I won't ever support a place like that.

We went on September 3rd, a couple days after they reopened, which we understand was a difficult time with the huge demand. We drove an hour from Jasper and waited in line for another hour, which we were okay to do, especially since we had gone to the hot spring in Banff earlier and enjoyed it (both are run by Parks Canada). However, we quickly regretted our decision after getting inside. You must take off your shoes before entering the locker room, but the locker room floor was in far worse condition than any public restroom. Every inch of the floor was brown with dirt and covered with hair — so much so that you could not take a step without stepping on it. We went into the pool and were quickly disgusted. There was an enormous amount of hair (presumably transferred from the locker room floor) and bugs floating in the water. We could not enjoy ourselves and left quickly. We usually do not leave reviews but felt that we had to caution others. It is possible that they were simply overrun with guests that day (even with limited capacity), but it seems that the facility was not ready to reopen. We would not come back.

Hot spring was nice, crowded though. FYI right now (Sept 2023) since they just reopened, they have reduced capacity and hours - 1pm-9pm, and last entry 8: 30pm. A lot of people didn't know about the last entry 8: 30pm and there was a long line to get in, so we weren't sure if we would make it in. Line moves pretty slowly.

Nice views and the pools are relaxing. Unfortunately, there were a lot of families with small children treating the hot springs like a public pool with kids running around, screaming and splashing (odd too since it was nearly 9pm). Hot springs are for relaxing - please control your kids so others can enjoy the experience!
