Had my mercedes in and not even a week later had the same problem and there only offer was to charge me the same for something that should have been fixed also lied about some of the work done on it and tried changing me for oil after i brought in my own never got back to after trying to call just a horrible experience.

For several years now we’ve taken our family vehicles to Mikasa and we have found their service, expertise and genuine care to be exceptional. What an amazing team at Mikasa! We went in for a part and before we knew it the part was installed into the vehicle & the vehicle was also detailed to be sparkling clean. The service was over the top! First class! We have always been treated like royalty every time we go there.

Not only did they get me in even though they were fully booked but they installed the part and even cleaned both the dirty engine and the car. They are the best.

By far the worst shop in red deer and surrounding area.avoid this shop at all costs. I took in my SUV for a inspection and oil change, they cross threaded my oil filter and all the oil leaked out over winter while it was in storage, they charged me over 600$ for the work and I'm now stuck with the bill of fixing their mistake.by far worst shop in all of Alberta.

Expect a 2 hour delay every time you come here. The last two times I’ve been here they didnt bring my car into the shop an hour and a half after my appointment time, without informing me either time it would be hours late, ruining the remainder of your day.

I purchased a Mini Cooper from a dealership and it had a leak. Mikasa diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it as good as new!
I’ll definitely be back if I have any more mechanical issues with our vehicles.

Sent my wife with my 06 audi tt to Mikasa the she talked with Byron and Aaron which she told me that they were excellent to deal with they talk aboit what they were going to do talk about any problems. She was very comfortable talking with them. My car came out service done and cleaned they pointed out some other things that we could do to keep my tires turning. I will return with my car
