Reliable and friendly service. Grant is capable to solve technical issues especially computer and printer issues. He had found battery part for my older labtop that other shops can’t source. So far no issue wth the labtop. Highly recommended this service.

Drove 1 1/2hours one way. I Called hr said he was busy but could meet at 5: 30pm i waited another 2: 30 hours. NO SHOW. Wouldn't reply to text or answer his phone.

Don't ever attempt an older projector fix here. First of all, you'll never get a hold of him by phone and then, there's a mountain of projectors that have been abandonned by folks after he takes your $50+GST fee and then bails on even looking at it. I got no diagnosis of the device, no known issues, and made something up for the invoice when picking up. Beware.

Grant is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to give three stars as the communication and assessment was on the slow side. I had to initiate the follow-up and never received responses via email. If I find myself in need of electronic's services again, I will certainly go back to see if there has been improvements on the communication side of things.

Grant was incredibly helpful. After calling around to a bunch of different computer fix establishments, he took the time to talk to me and offer me solutions to my problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be bringing my issues and repair needs to him in the future.

I recently had my printer repaired here it's like new again!

Had all of my informations saved from my laptop hard drive. Also (included in price of service) I've got the hard drive transformed into a mobile casing to use is as external drive for whatever i need.
It was all done within 24h span and for a very reasonable fee. I'm switching to this service for all of my future needs. I Highly recommend everyone

This is not a review, I have a question, I have a computer monitor not sure what happened to it but the screen flickers. I don’t want to get a new monitor because this one works for me.

Great place to have my LG smart TV fixed at a inexpensive cost. The gentleman obviously knows what he is doing.

I brought in a projector to see if they had a bulb available as mine burnt out. He not only put a bulb in to make sure everything else worked okay but he was able to install a new bulb for me in about 20 minutes. I was very satisfied with the service and will recommend to others. I am also happy with the quality of the replacement bulb. Very bright compared to the last one I had and I'm on my 3rd bulb in about 8 years. No regrets I still love my unit and glad it runs like new again

This place is a sham. The owner is sketchy as hell. Tries to scam you and make a profit all in the same day. Avoid at all costs. Will screw you over and wont care as along as he makes a buck. Couldn't troubleshoot a simple overheating issue says its the mother board. Well If it was the mother board it wouldnt even turn on. Contact manufacturer says ya simple fix send it to us. This guy at milky way had my product for over 5 months and couldn't fix anything fricken joke of an establishment
